Moved to the province so had to change my licence, registration and get new plates. What a pleasant experience! Very personable and professional. Social distancing is set up extremely well. They remind you to sanitize your hands before you go to a window. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience when I went to change my address as well as switch it over without a hassle which I find it was awesome

Staff is friendly and helpful. Not a long wait. The teller I had was excellent!!!

Good service was nice, but wish I'd known when I booked appointment that my husband had to sign too! Had to ho back next day with signed paperwork and waited 1hr 10 mins. Very frustrating.

Under covid 19 restrictions , members came outside to assist me to register and go inside when notified to do so. Then a professional service person helped me get my MV business done quickly yet pleasant so as to make sure I understood all I needed to do . Imo this is one of the best MVLocations in all Nova Scotia

Since Access Nova Scotia moved to the opposite side of the road, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to speak with someone. Today I was there for land registry and was in and out promptly.

I did my road test here today - all of the service staff were wonderful and very kind but my examiner in the car made me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t live in Bridgewater (I took my test there rather than Halifax to avoid wait times), so I wasn’t familiar with the roads, which I know is at my own fault. However, after turning out of the Access parking lot I accidentally missed the left turn I was supposed to take as I had trouble seeing where the examiner was pointing, and when I had to turn around he got very upset with me. I have bad anxiety and being yelled at within minutes of starting made me very overwhelmed - I started to cry a little and instead of being understanding he made me pull over (which I understand, and I don’t blame him for doing this since I did need a quick breather), and raised his voice at me again for “not paying attention”which made me really uncomfortable as its not that I wasn’t paying attention, I simply just didn’t understand the direction he had given me. I was very on edge for the remainder of my test so I did lose a bit more points than I’d hoped to, but I did pass. Once I finished the test I did apologize and try to explain why I felt overwhelmed, but I didn’t feel like I was really listened to. Again, all of the service staff were so lovely and maybe the examiner was just having a rough day so I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but I feel that he could’ve approached his comments in a much less harsh way rather than making me feel more anxious.
