1 Stars for the Nice Plastic Take Out Bag and the Packets of Soy Sauce. I had never ordered from this location before, our regular place was closed, so we took a shot. I had only seen the Reviews on THEIR page and not Google, until after we ordered. I have never ever had a version of Chinese Food that is this bad! Seriously! Lemon Chicken was so gross, its not a fine batter, it was from frozen like the rest of the food. The Lemon Sauce" was chunky and thick in a small container and not lemon at all. I was surprised at the quality of the food, given the exterior looking more plain than some other restaurants. I usually go down the street to magnolia because it looks nice, but it was late so I tried this restaurant. Their udon noodle has a good amount of onions and the chicken was cooked well, juicy and not dry at all. Good amount of meat compared to other places. The hot and sour is decent quality as well, good amount of spices and flavor. I like that they're open until midnight as well. Highly recommended!

The food is full and fresh, and the service is good. I ordered takeaway and enjoyed a 10% discount. The price is affordable and it is an acceptable dining place

Best way to describe green islands food is, it's the T.V dinner of Asian food. Nothing was fresh everything was frozen and poorly prepared. Price is as expensive as an actual restaurant so expectations were high. Highly reccomened you go to any other place save your money and your taste buds.

Dinner for 2A: great quantity, quality, taste, and price. Spring rolls are excellent, chicken balls filled with chicken, fried rice and noodles got that gentle flavor (not too salty). Just got it and it's great. Oh, and fortune cookies so that's a plus as well.

We ordered from Green Island and were pleased with the speed of service, especially considering that it was delivering from Niagara Falls to St. Catharines. The food was still hot when it arrived.The deal was great. The amount of food you get for the price was just remarkable. For sure a great choice when ordering!I adored the chicken balls and noodles. I would love to try this place out in person as I see they have a patio! Can't wait to update the review once I do.

The most amazing Chinese food we have had. Great quality and flavours. We had the sesame chicken and lo mein. Great prices and portions! Would definitely go back again while in Niagara Falls.

I ordered take out....just 2 different soups, fried rice and chicken balls....the soup was ok, the fried rice I found mushy and a bit greasy wit no taste, the chicken balls were good, but the served it with a different sauce...not the red one. It was ok though.The service was pleasant and polite....as I said it was take out. The restaurant was empty ...strange for a Saturday...but there were a few door dash pickups when I was waitingThis place was recommended to me and I was disappointed with the food. Maybe I will give them another try at some point....we all have off days...I will update the review if anything changes. As of today my suggestion is to try another restaurant in NF if craving for Chinese Food.

This place has decent reviews on Uber so I ordered it. Quick delivery and hot food. Upon opening and looking at the food, it looked bland. Sure enough it was super bland. There was no seasoning in the food but the ingredients seemed fresh. I want to tell the owner stop being cheap and put some seasoning. Also, the general tao was soupy. I would not recommend if you are craving Chinese food... Unless you like bland taste.

The portions at Green Island are always big and the service staff is very friendly. We like to order the combos at the back of the menu, great value for the money.
