No refund/exchange!! I had bought a product in their store. Paid Cash. Went back 10 minutes because I saw the same thing cheaper in Walmart. The package was not even opened, and they refused to give me my money back.

Anyone who is shopping at this store , please read their policy (NO refund or exchange) ! They sell you a wrong Item knowing that you can not return it or get a refund for it ! It is just like dollar store , there is no return or exchange , but they are more expensive than dollar store. My question is , where is consumer's right? store like sunrise beauty supply sells a packaged unfit hair product knowing that customers can not try it at the time of purchase ,and there is no sample to try , because it is hair and for hygiene purpose !once they pay and open the product, and find out it is a wrong or unfit product they can not return it . Should we call this legally stealing from the customers? This is not my first experience , I am very disappointed and feel like publicly rubbed ! No Refund or Exchanged policy is working out well for them for selling unfitted product and making free money out of innocent customers like me. Please be aware on your next visit at the sunrise beauty supply store at East York or Gerrard !

Cheapest contacts o ever bought. Abt 16.99 everywhere else was between $18-28. The ppl are nice and I liked the place is small and cozy.
