Stratified Automotive Controls

I initially emailed Alex at Stratified as I had some questions about tuning my 997 Turbo after getting new exhaust, headers etc. Alex replied back right away and gladly answered all my questions. Several emails back and forth. I popped by the shop and Alex showed me his shop, explained in detail what they do etc etc.I was convinced that he was very very knowledgeable on anything tuning.I had Alex tune my car. He kept me posted on results and explained everything to me when I picked the car up.I am VERY impressed with Alex and his crew. My car is running AMAZING!!!! Highly recommended. I will be recommending him to other car enthusiasts for sure!

Very knowledgeable of what they do and patient to every questions i ask, Alex did my first tune 2 years ago and did not hesitate to come back for an upgrade, you get what you pay for and stratified always delivers the best service.

Amazing! Perfect tune for my Volkswagen gti and the pops and bangs are crazy… I can feel a large boost in performance I haven't taken it to a dyno but you can feel the power difference. The costumer service is also amazing the service from Clayton.C was very good and helped me with my tune and even sent me a tune revision at no cost and it was a huge help. Thank you stratified <3

Be aware of what you are being quoted here. We were quoted 1 hour of work for a client's vehicle that we sent from our dealer. We were billed 4.5 hours labour without any communication from Clayton. In conversation with Alex, the owner, we were indeed quoted 1 hour of diagnostic". What we were not told is that we would later be billed for additional time that was not authorized by us. Per Alex

I had a previously tuned stage 2 MK6 that I could never get quite right (It didnt like the FMIC and piping I had added, and had MAF issues) After playing around with it for a year I decided to get a new tune and went with Stratified (93 octain high torque). The car now drives amazing it climbs very smoothly through the power band like it were stock but can easily break the tires loose in 3rd gear. This was a worthwhile investment for sure.

Wanted to try using a Cobb for my 2015 golf tsi. Have some friends that have been tuned by Stratified. Clayton has made a great NEC tune for the Cobb. He is stilling working though the hiccups for a crackle tune for my car. Clayton is very easy to work with and has been getting the tunes back to me with in 24 hours/less. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been working with Clayton on my protune for my 2015 GTI for the past 2 months. Whether he's giving my snail some more pressure or dialing back knock, Clayton hasn't disappointed. I'm sure I have disappointed him with how many questions I ask him, but he's always got a quick response with helpful answers. Thanks for bringing Roza to her true potential.

Waited about a year to write the review to consider the long-ish term. The MK7 GTI tuned by these guys is still strong so the tune was solid. The pro tune process was painless and they responded to my questions professionally and patiently. Would definitely recommend over the OTS tunes as the end result will be much better tailored to your car and your mods.

Like a few others E tune revision issues.Purchased flex E tune. Received the base map filled car up with flex car cut power / constant knock sensor 10 seconds after starting up. Couldn't switch back to regular fuel very easily as the tank was full of emix. No response for way too long after sending the issue over email and a few calls on voicemail. Took the car to a shop about an hour away and got it tuned in person by another company.They did eventually start to reach back out to me but was 20 days later. I had just caved a few days earlier to a dyno tune. Stratified kept the full $ I paid for the E tune.Based on all the reviews seems like they do some good work and it's either just bad luck for me or just e Tune not as good as other work.I'm sure I could have been more patient. though overall not a good experience looking back. Been like 10 months there YT GTI videos popping in my feed recently reminded me of them.
