I literally never leave reviews but the service was exceptional and deserves one. Ron provided me with an honest and affordable quote that he followed through with on arrival after doing a walk through with me. I felt comfortable to leave the house for a few hours to run errands and when I came back my carpets were like new! Even though I had only moved in a year or so ago, I had not maintained my light grey carpets well and needed them cleaned before hosting air bnb guests. Ron was able to remove dirt, cat urine, food, even some wax! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would recommend his services to family and friends.

Ron might be the slowest carpet cleaner in town. Let that sink in.He's actually proud of it and I think he is onto something. He worked wonders on light coloured carpet for us that was looking beyond hope. In the past I've had another firm be in and out in an hour. No such luck with Ron. He sweats the details and delivers above average results.He really doesn't need any more 5 star reviews, but he deserves it, and really should incorporate the Slowest Cleaner in Town' into his marketing. I for one am happy not to see Speedy Gonzales whipping around the house! And for that

We had Ron in to help us with carpet and rug cleaning, he was extremely thorough and meticulous. Honestly, the best service and work we've ever seen. We wished that every business is as honest and ethical as Happy Carpet. He took his time and vacuumed our house from top to bottom. We vacuum regularly and had no idea that some much gets left behind. We asked him to also re-colour a bleached spot on our carpet and he did an amazing job, it looked like the original carpet. Blended in perfectly with the surrounding area! We also asked him last minute to help us with clean an area rug, he cleaned and de-ordorized pet stains and smells, it was like new when he was done. Ron knows alot about carpets and carpet care but also if you get a chance ask him about the good local eats in Sooke! We've tried all of his recommendations and he was spot on!

I was thrilled with the service I received. The website explained everything up front and there was no attempts to try and upsell me beyond what I needed. Ron got back to me quickly and was able to come in the timeline that I needed. The price I paid was as quoted and the quality of the work was excellent. My carpets looked good as new. There were no odors from the cleaning and the carpet was dry quickly. I would gladly recommend Ron's service.

I will always use Ron’s service! He was so accommodating and quality work.I just looked up a local carpet cleaning company, and Happy Carpet Cleaners came up. I called right away and he was able to fit us in within the week.I own 4 dogs, and our 1 year old couch has gone through 2 puppies and an angry cat. So we were in desperate need of a deep clean, and we got it!I now protect my couches with waterproof blankets to keep it clean for as long as possible as Ron was very helpful in giving me tips to keep the couch fresh for longer.He is a honest working guy with an absolute eye for the upholstery cleaning!
