PetSmart has friendly employees, looks very clean and has a good supply. The hamster cage I bought was not great. It's too complicated and the hamster likes to be upstairs but you can't really put bedding up there. I think it's a stupid design that was only built to increase the square footage of the cage to please all the pearl clutchers and to raise the price. The normal wire cages over the plastic bins were fine.

Store is great, workers are super friendly and helpful. The prices are a little bit ridiculous though. I have found multiple products for almost half the price on the internet. I wish there was a store like PetSmart with more affordable prices. I almost spend more on my cats at PetSmart then I do for myself at Walmart or cub each month.

Every time I try to order online my card gets charged twice, and the order never goes through. After calling customer service I had to dispute with my bank and get a new card. Not a good experience online. Now they are saying it is because my zip code didn't match my address online, which it does. I use this card and address for everything. In store I was also charged an extra $20 when I selected o for donation. Never again. Pay cash or watch your cards.

I took my dog here for the first time for grooming. I have tried 3 other groomers in the area that are WAY more expensive and Carly did a way better job! She was so great and patient with my pup who gets very nervous about baths and grooming. She looks fabulous with her new cut. Will be going back here for grooming.

Do not come to this store I never liked it to go to the petSmart company it is very difficult to return stuff if you don’t have an receipt or any missing part of your item wars customer Service.Horrible customer Management he told me we don’t take anything with any missing item and said I may have bought it from anywhere I had drive her to spend my gas and timeHorrible horrible customer service.

I can't decide if prices are good; it seems high. But I found the training treats and doggie biscuits I was looking for. The doggie biscuits had their intended effect. I fed a biscuit to my puppy before bed, and he let me sleep an hour later in the morning; he had been waking me because he was hungry. I'm thrilled; that was worth the price for sure.

The women at this store have great customer service and care, the men not at all. One was yanking a dog on a leash while shoveling the snow outside. They should also give more attention to the birds and other animals for sale.

Bought this 2 days ago on 11/24/2021. IT EXPIRED ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO!! Are you kidding me? Thank god my puppy only ate a little. The only reason I looked at the expiration date was because she wouldn’t eat it all. Quality control? How could this even happen? This could have been a deadly mistake for my puppy with digestive issues. I will be in tomorrow to make the return. I don’t complain much but this is absolutely unacceptable!
