Staff treat people like trash. Zero customer service or care given. I would not go here if I had a choice.

Don't even both going here. The staff had the audacity to yell at someone in a wheelchair because dynacares rooms and hallways were not big enough.You would think, as a health care provider you are supposed to be completely accessable. This place is not, and their staff are atrocious.I would like to know how getting your blood work done in a hallway is acceptable? Then to verbally insult a disabled person.

Often they make you stand there while three staff just talk. When you are going in for tests because you are sick it can be very hard to stand waiting. The counter has a do not touch" sign on it so leaning was not an option.ì They seem to arbitrarily decide to speak to you. I wish they had a better system. One staff always seems angry and short with people. I got her today for my blood work and there were two big red flags for me for not coming back and risking having her take my blood again. I had to advocate for my one arm over the other and then instead of drawing from the centre she was going to put the needle in the side of my arm. Either she is lazy or unskilled. I will be driving further for a different lab. I hope these people are getting paid properly for their skill set and it is not affecting the level of service."

This location asks you to pre register on line - we do so and the wait times jump all over - as it gets closer you are asked to check in approx 10mins before . When you arrive at facility to check in - you are automatically told of walk in tones instead being heard regarding on line …. I have just listened to desk staff raise their voice to another senior regarding how bad THEIR DAY is … why is it the patients problem that they are understaffed - people on breaks - on and on … and ultimately told if they don’t want to wait they can cancel and leave.Time to step up your game and update your on line system - this is ridiculous and isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed it while bringing my 91 year old mother here.

Went Tuesday April 25 it was closed. Checked the Dynacare website and it indicated it was going to be closed all week. Was passing by another day and it was open but I couldn't stop as I was on my to another medical appointment.I stopped in today May 1st and it was open and busy. They asked if I had checked in online which I didn't know was an option. So the wait was estimated to be one hour.When I was called in the doors are not wheelchair accessible. My wheelchair caught on the door frame and the lady gave me heck. I indicated I was not apologizing for something that a medical clinic should automatically be: accessible.I ended up having my blood taken in the freaking hallway!!!The nurse was nice, gentle and understood my frustration.IF A MEDICAL BUSINESS IS FUNDED BY TAXPAYER DOLLARS IT SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO BE ACCESSIBLE.Adequate accommodation is NOT having a medical procedure done in a freaking hallway!!!

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience.Bathroom was extra dirty and was not cleaned. Urine stains all over the toilet and on the floor, the paper towel was placed on the sink-top and was soaked. There was also no hanger or hook in the bathroom.Cleanliness was just way below average and unacceptable specially for a lab.

They're never open. Two days in a row I've had to turn around and go home because when I got there they told me they aren't open due to a lack of staff.

The nurse who helped me do the bloodwork was excellent. However, (caveat emptor) good luck if you pay for Dynacare Plus and want to see your results online. My results were only partially showing after a week, and it is impossible to talk to anyone at Dynacare Plus: I call the customer service number, the automated system takes me to an option to speak to a customer service representative, and then simply hangs up on me. Every single time. Ergo, the customer service number is simply a decoration on their pamphlet and website. You will not be able to use it. If I search google and directly call the facility where I had the blood tests, no one picks up the phone and the phone rings for an 10 or 15 minutes, and not one person picks up. I called several times with no response. It's a bit ridiculous. I even sent an email a few days ago asking about my results, and guess what, no response there either. So post bloodwork customer service is absolutely terrible. It seems I will have to go to the facility to get my bloodwork results.

Beware of the lady at the counterShe could deny you of the basic health benefits and if any question raised she would threaten you with calling the policeI register on the QR code given and get a confirmation of them receiving it and she says she has not received. When I ahow it to het she says she was checking the same. I say why didn’t you ask. She gets aggressive and says I am childish and assaulted her.I saw her getting aggressive with another lady and rebuking her multiple times for coming late,Stay away. DANGEROUS PLACE!!!
