Dollarama

It's a great little dollar store. My two year old loves coming here for set supplies, cake/cookie mixes, etc. They always have a good selection, but you need to be self reliant because the staff is busy.

Cashier got upset that we spoke english and said this is Quebec speak french only here. I can speak french but people like that make me not want to at all. I was so shocked by the response and just left as fast as possible. Honestly Montreal is a bilingual city and there are a lot of English speakers. I don't really care if you can't speak it but don't tell a customer they can only speak French. Also the cashier seemed like a miserable person regardless.

What a horrible store!My son bought a toy gun but he didn't know that he can't bring them to his school.So I want to change a soft toy right away!For Halloween party at his school.But the manager wouldn't let us change it.I had a receipt. The only thing that I want is just change it.PEOPLE! I LET YOU KNOW!!NO REFUND!NO CHANGE!( EVEN WITH RECEIPT)What an inflexible manager !!Thank you so much for screwing up my little son's Halloween party!!

I've been to many better Dollaramas than here. I came here looking for some cheap rings for secret santa, and they had nothing. I went to another one on Saint Laurent and they had a huge section for rings.That part was very specific, but other than them having hardly anything, I guess they were fine. The candy section was great, the x-mas section was average.

Well stocked, big variety of items, they enforce and respect health recommendations and the employees are fast and efficient. Prices on drinks and candies/treats are as always much better than convenience stores, and this location is only a few minutes walk - you can buy 3-5 bars for the same price as 1 bar from the convenience store, or 3 drinks for the same price as 1, etc etcBest value!

Dalarama is the place you can find the products with less price compare to other shops

Always great. Very popular, and they have wisely added more staff for the pre Christmas rush.

I usually go to this dollarama on a daily basis to buy my house items. Today, I went and a couple of items cost more than i can afford, asked the cashier to remove a few items and he got sassy about it! Telling me that it’ll mess up their statistics?! Sorry your tags aren’t on all the shelves or items, and your price checking machine in the back is frozen! Also as a person in the customer service industry, I know for a fact that it is disrespectful to sass your response to a client, as well as it being highly unprofessional to tell them “you should have counted” when I said “sorry I don’t have enough for some of these, remove these please”

Usually? This is a perfectly fine Dollarama with good selection and capable staff. However, it's twice now in the past week that cashiers are coughing, as if it's nothing.Essential workers need to be protected, and I don't necessarily blame them for feeling they need to come to work. But we're in the third wave of a pandemic. The manager needs to step in, oblige sick workers to stay home, and make it financially feasible for them to do so.

I was going normally ti buy stuff and the girl chase me with a good moode telling me go out we are closing !!!! I called her manage wich talk to me with the same latino accent making her self stupid and that she don’t understand what I’m talking about i understand that you gonna close you can just tell me that normally i didn’t even cross the shop and she was even ready to push me !!! That’s intolerant and i will never go there anymore sadly i’m not in my country here but it seems that country is bringing a lot of cats ans dogs to work here with no class and education i wish the owner a good luck with that great stuff who probably get payes 2 bean’s that’s why they act like that
