Went into hb cycle to get a recall done on our 2020 spyder.Came out happier as I had just mentioned to them about a shaky mirror issue we were having they were by no means obligated to repair it since it wasn't booked in for that issue, but they did a repair without hesitation we thank yous very much for the none shaking mirror.

These guys are the best. Mike at parts helped us out with a repair on a sea doo jet pump. The part has been installed on the boat and we are back in business. Thanks again.

Went in to purchase a street helmet for my bike, lady in there was really quick to come ask if we needed help. Good service and fair pricing. I'll be back there for sure for more gear and maybe that Vulcan lol

When in for a sled part and bought a new helmet as well. Linda provided excellent customer service and product knowledge. Nice to see that this dealership puts customer service at the top of the list. Highly recommend.

We love this store and so appreciate the attention to service and products. We traded in our seadoo and bought a bow rider boat previously. This year, we traded in the bow rider for a beautiful pontoon boat. Love it, in fact relaxing on it now with a coffee. Ben and Phil and the whole crew, Bobby, Billy, Linda, everyone has made our experience at least SIX stars but we can only Google Rate FIVE. Thank you Team HB Cycle!

Big overdue thank you to Big Rick for setting my group and I with our new Sleds this winter!Supply issues, increased demand, transportation shortages, you name it - Rick dealt with it. Mike at the parts counter was excellent. Had everything I needed in stock no waiting. Didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need and made sure the parts I got were the right ones even for my miss match of parts bike. I own lots of BRPs and I’ll be coming back here from now on.

We have dealt with HB a number of times. Purchased seadoos and 2 new snowmobiles this year. Kevin is excellent to deal with. We also have had great experiences with Linda helping us with gear for everything. Service and sales always 10/10. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Excellent Service experience, had an issue with my new vts, no appt. Necessary showed up had it fixed within a half hour. Mechanic was personable, easy to talk to, actually everybody were very personable, Very Pleased, got a marine,seadoo issue these are the problem solvers, highly recommended.
