The psychotherapists at Spacious Mind are very competent and warm and I would feel extremely confident sending my clients to them. Shane is a therapist that I would definitely refer clients to. He has completed solid training in couples therapy and he cares about delivering quality services to his clients. He has a gentle and warm presence that would make clients feel comfortable to open up and work through the challenges that bring them to therapy. Clients are in good hands with Shane.

I would highly recommend Mabel for coaching. Mabel always provided powerful insights with consent and allowed me to have control over my healing journey. I feel a stronger sense of self-compassion and confidence after working with her. Together we worked through many of my own limiting beliefs and came out with an actionable plan for moving forward. She is warm, competent, and open. A great coach for anyone who is looking to move forward feeling aligned and empowered.
