Bought Valentine's day flowers from here and was not what the picture showed at all. Just looked like it was randomly put together with yarn-looking flowers. The box was also soaked and overflowing with water

This is the first time I have ordered flowers through this shop and I am so pleased with the results. I had placed a same day delivery and this beautiful bouquet arrived within 2 hours! The shop called me right after the order to confirm all the details and the woman who delivered the flowers called as well to ensure someone was home as she didn't want to leave the flowers out in the cold. The staff was so kind to talk to. All the attention to detail and care put in really shows. Thank you!

Primavera has been our family’s go-to florist for years! They are always available and Lisa is so easy and such a pleasure to work with. I appreciate her helpful suggestions when I’m not quite sure what I want to order. She was a huge help with my wedding flowers, and almost 2 years later I am still getting compliments on her creativity on bringing our vision to life.
