My 8-yeard old daughter decided that she wanted to take martial arts over ballet this year. I don't personally know much about martial arts, but since New Energy is down the street from us, I thought it would be a good place to start. I stopped in one day and talked to Kru David and he invited us back for a free trial class. After one munchkin" class

What a mess ! As one parent put it a culture of accountability. The behaviour of the so called Kru" Is shamefull. I walked in when this fool was yelling cusswords while the class was going on. Young children do not need to be hearing swearing at a martial arts school. Where is the sense of respect to others? What were you teaching my child? That it is ok to solve issues without talking and use derogatory language in an effort to look like a tough guy? Shame on you David Crawley!!!!!"

I would steer clear. My child's caregiver was involved in an incident involving one of this gym's camp councillors where the councillor verbally attacked and threatened her in a nearby park. Subsequent follow up with the owner tells me that a culture of aggressiveness and actions without accountability is being promoted. I'd give 0 stars if it allowed me.

Ive been training at this gym for 2 years. Kru Crawley and his team create champions, refines skills and helps develop mental strength. This place isn't for the weak of heart, and respect is earned.

Crawlys a good guy!Weak people stay clear. Strong people can get a lot out of him, the way he runs his gym and his classes. He has good skills and is educated in his arts. He has good people around him and is always looking out for those around him. Plus he keeps his gym clean, for families that's a pretty big plus in the boxing world.
