Booked a brow wax appointment with Brandon - he did a great job! My brows needed some TLC and he made sure I was happy with the clean up. Really happy with the way they turned out!

Amazing service by Callysta! This was the first time ever I got lamination done and she was very careful throughout the whole process and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my brows looked after every step. I am definitely going to book my next session with her

I used to go to Chanel, and then Brandon, but in his absence I went to a new person who was not only rude and not personable but also did not shape the way I requested. To add to it, she waxed over my pimple which was in between my eyebrows. I mentioned the pimple to her and she even acknowledged that she sees it (it was hard to miss) and went right over it. I was shocked to say the least. Not sure it this complies with any esthetician training but I certainly wouldn't hope so. It irritated my pimple/skin even more and increased the redness. Not the level of service I expect from Benefit Brow Bar and certainly not at Eaton centre. Not worth the price paid.

Aisha was amazing! She was so nice and personable. She did a great job with my eyebrows, probably the best brow wax I’ve had. Definitely coming back for her!! Really enjoyed the experience :)

Brandon is worth the hype! I came here based on the reviews and was very pleased, after trying 2 other salons that I wasn’t happy with. They actually draw out the exact brow shape, based on the proportions of your face/nose, to make sure you like it before they wax/pluck. They show you the mirror after drawing, before waxing to get your feedback. Then they show the mirror after and adjust based on feedback too. It was great, got my brows exactly how I wanted! The only downside was having to wait in the Sephora line to pay instead of being able to checkout with them, but it moves fast.

This is my second service with Brandon and my eyebrows look so good and they also grow out so well. There’s just something about the way he does them. He’s detail-oriented, meticulous, and has a super light hand (no pressure on my face at all) and also super funny (with a great laugh). In summary, Brandon has magic hands.

Callysta was my brow lady and she was terrific. The best I have had so far in Toronto. She understood what I wanted while also making some valuable suggestions. The end result was beautiful eye brows exactly like I wanted. She’s polite professional and very hard working.

Brandon is just pure joy. The amount of effort and time spent on my eyebrows to make it looks stunning. I have tried everything but Brandon just knows best. I take a day off of work just to get my brows done by Brandon, if need be.

I have been doing with my brows with Brandon for a few years and I always leave happy with my brows. In fact, I now commute from Georgetown all the way downtown to do my brows because of how much I love the way he does them. Not only does he take the time to assess my brows but he asks me all the questions to make sure I’m on board with it. He is very professional and cares about his clients too! Most recently Brandon told me about the reward program and I was able to get a free tint and I am soo in love with how they came out. I highly highly recommend Brandon for your next brow bar visit - you will not be disappointed❤️

Came in to get my Brows shaped & waxed with Andrea. I'm usually a very pain-sensitive person so I was nervous... but she was very sweet and calmed my nerves within minutes. I left very much looking forward to my next appointment! :) Will definitely be coming back soon!
