Therapist was 11 mins late for my initial appointment. Made me wait during our session while she tended to another person. She was not able to articulate why her career had any value to anyone when asked. She instead tried to deflect and say things that were not related to how she could impact my condition. 20 years of experience but can’t tell you why you should continue to see her.

If you are looking for qualified professionals to help you through your injury recovery, look no further! I was hesitant at first because the photos didn't look inviting on their web page... But this is a hidden gem!The staff are so friendly, down to earth and always making me smile and laugh. I look forward to every visit at this clinic.The reception staff is really welcoming and great personalities.Definately go see Justin if you are looking for a physio! He's very professional, optimistic, educated, experienced, practical and personable.I am so happy I found this place!

The staff are incredible super friendly and very knowledgeable with what they do. I've been going here for both my shoulder & knee injuries for several months and couldn't be happier with the care and attention I've been given from Cam & Rob excellent physio's! The 1 star review is solely down to the terrible condition of the beds, please update the beds for all of the rooms to allow your visitors greater comfort during treatment. Thank you.

I’ve been seeing Cam Wong here for about 6 months. His combination of shockwave therapy, IMS, and strengthening exercises has me in great shape, pain free for the first time in close to a decade

Extremely professional staffs and physiotherapists. If you're ever be so lucky to have Natalie as your hand therapist, you will know what I mean. She's not only knowledgeable, polite, understanding and professional, she's an overall wonderful person to chat with. I'm not certain of how many hand therapists are there in the lower mainland but to me, Natalie is the absolutely the best at what she does! Hands down (no pun intended).

Started receiving treatment here roughly three months ago. The staff here are very caring and sincere. Right from the entrance, I was greeted with a friendly smile by the receptionist, Paula (sorry if I butchered the spelling or misheard the name), who always reminded me to register my car in case I innocently get ticketed. I would like to also mention Cameron Wong, my physiotherapist, who puts in a lot of effort every session to listen and recommend exercises with the intention of getting me better sooner. He is knowledgeable in his profession and his techniques are faultless. Cameron also takes the time and effort to know his patients on a more personal level. Even if you are not their patient, the other staff (ex. Justin, physiotherapist) do not ignore you. The clinic always carried a chill vibe, which I personally enjoyed. All in all, a great place with exceptional people. I will definitely be back if I ever need any related treatments and also recommend others of this location!

The clinic is very clean, bright and organized, spacious with sufficient equipment to help the staff in carrying out their job. The location is very convenient. Staffs are very accommodating and polite.My PT, Ed is the best!!!! He has helped me a lot in addressing my frozen shoulder, very friendly, professional, highly qualified and has encouraged me to do my part for speedy recovery. It isn't easy but for any progress we made, he’ll give you rewarding words for the job well done! I am very satisfied and will recommend to my family and friends!

Great team here at Burnaby Physio! Justin really knows how to treat his patients. He caters his methods to his patient's comfort levels and needs. Joanna is amazingly personable and takes care of the administrative side.
