Our organization has used Ultimate Sports for several years and we’re very happy with the results. Dave and his team helped deliver during the pandemic when there were sourcing challenges for jerseys and team gear. This past season, Ultimate came through every time and was able to get a quick turnaround during a busy fall tryout season. We have been waiting 5 weeks for an order that when placed, was told that it would take 3 weeks to complete. When we called last week to see if the order was ready for pick up, the receptionist stated that the order was in but the embroiderer had not began the embroidery work and that it would take 1.5 weeks to complete. When we called in this morning (1.5 weeks later) she told me that it had not arrived! How is this possible when she advised us last week that the order was in?! Completely disappointed with their customer service and dishonesty.

Not only did he fully support our needs each year - his support during COVID was exceptional and ensured all teams were ready for the upcoming hockey season.
