My Rating is based on the service provided by BSI, while they were at that location. It is based on the basic services provided by BSI.If I was able to rate Dee, she would get one small star.I am now taking back everything that I said about Michael's business. He had the best of intentions but his mistake was hiring Dee Lees to manage his office.I am pretty sure that he had no choice but to shut down the office because his manager, Dee, was incapable of managing her own clients let alone his office. When he shut down the location, Dee convinced me to go with her, again, as she left yet another company. I should have seen the warning signs. I stayed with Dee, and even referred her to another business, (a small laundromat owned by a single mom) After Dee finished with her, she owed the CRA $63,000! Boy! Ask me if I feel bad about that referral!That was the mistake. Dee was and is incapable of telling the truth or doing the work. For 2 years, she did less than the minimum and in the end, left my books in worse shape than when she started. I trusted her, an associate trusted her, and she played us. I know she didn't do it purposely, but if you can't do the work... don't offer the serviceSo disappointed with her. Sorry Michael... you were not her only victim.

Great service and very knowledgable. Try them out for tax and business bookkeeping.

Horrible experience

Dee Lees is no longer with this company. I would like my review remove! This is no longer a company I would recommend!
