TERRIBLE!! The owner is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional!!!! We agreed on 4 rooms for a price, and they would move the furniture but they would not be liable for any damages. We agreed. We had an appointment for 10AM. By 1PM, no one had showed up. We call and she promises they will be there in 20 minutes and gives us a $10 dollar discount. 20 minutes later (as promised), a person shows up. ONE person - we spoke with the gentleman and he apologized to us saying his boss never told him about the 10AM appointment. Then we ask if he's by himself and indeed he is. We wonder how he plans on lifting the furniture by himself and he says he wasn't informed about any lifting. We call the lady back and she claims that we just wanted them to clean around the furniture" and that she had no more people to help us out. Then she HANGS up the phone! Yes just like that!!! We speak with the gentleman again and he says that he can get someone in another 20 minutes. We agree. Then he sits in our driveway for a bit (on the phone) and we come out wondering what is going on. Apparently his boss told him to NOT come back to our home again and it wasn't worth it to send another person for the price they are charging (which by the way is 175% more expensive than at least 4 other companies - we chose Cross Canada because they claim to have over 20 years of experience). So... thank god we came out of the house otherwise we would have NEVER known they plan on not coming back!!!! Either way
