We went by without knowing anything, unfortunately it’s closed on monday, tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday… We were so curious about everything and had a little chat with John and 2 people from the visitor centre. Such nice people! The only tip I can give is to be open more often! Hope to visit the real tour!!!

We found a baby seagull that was injured. Mars was closed but they still accepted us to bring the seagull out to them and they were very caring. My children are very proud of Mars and all their employees thank you for being there

Really enjoyed a quick visit here on my way down the island. I need to go back for a longer visit. Appreciated the quick tour provided even though I accidentally came close to closing. The visitor centre has shorter hours than the hospital - they post hospital hours because that’s the important info for the animals and birds they care for.The birds that are part of the tour have been permanently injured or imprinted on humans and unable to survive if released. Sad, but they appear to be well cared for and provide an opportunity to see them relatively close up.

Great tours on a lovely outdoor space, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. It was lovely getting to see the owls up close, especially in such a small group size.

This was really well run, informative and very fun for my son. We spent 2 hours there and he could have spent longer. Such a great experience. We will be back!

We took their wonderful education tour. So interesting to see the reclaimed swampland habitat and to meet the birds. There was even a fun photo scavenger hunt for the kids back at the gift shop/learning center. Highly recommend!

Fantastic tour, followed up by exploring in the visitor center and gift shop! Our tour guide was very engaging and knowledgeable. Really wonderful experience for all ages!
