I would give zero stars if it were an option. I have literally never, ever had a worse experience at any Taco Bell anywhere. Our order wasn't correct, we waited 20 minutes for our beverage cups, the lobby and tables were filthy. I tried repeatedly to ask about our missing food and I was completely ignored. People were walking out because nobody would take their order. The final straw was the condition of the kitchen. Filthy. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

Just went through drive-through Taco Bell in Ontario Oregon. The people there are just stupid as can be. They didn’t get my Mexican pizza when I did say Mexican pizza then you lied to me and told me that they didn’t hear me say Mexican pizza but the three people that are in the car heard me say Mexican pizza when they left my chips out of my order and then I had to go through the drive through just to get that they need to have a better management at Ontario, Oregon Taco Bell. thank you.

I try to go all the time, saying they are open but closed with a car parked in the drive thru, then when I went when they were actually servicing, they got my order wrong and put the wrong food in the bag, asked me if I wanted a receipt, I replied Yes then found no such thing in the bag, went back to fix my order they asked for a receipt and didn't have one. Not worth your time just go somewhere else to eat.

I ordered 3 cravings boxes and all the burritos were just beans and sour cream and cheese but no meat. The nacho cheese tacos had no nacho cheese in between the tortilla and hard shell. I usually love taco bell but this time it made me and my family lose our appetite. 5 layer beef and bean burritos are supposed to have beef to not just beans.

They always close before the time that is posted. Don't bother driving here past 11am, they'll either close the drive thru entirely or tell you at the speaker they they've run out of tortillas...

Extremely confusing. Went inside to eat, sign says to order at kiosk. Then told they can take our order at the register. Poor girl didn’t know any better so all her coworkers started being rude about it. Cussing at her and treating her like she’s stupid. Then another girl told us we couldn’t order at all, only accepting mobile orders and doordash. Made no sense because the sign sitting on register clearly said order at kiosk. I wasn’t even upset about not being able to order, just didn’t sit right with me how those kids treated the one girl for making a simple mistake. I used to love this Taco Bell, feel like it’s been going down hill lately. I work retail so I understand how it can be. But the way they treated that poor girl was not justified.

I've lived in Mountain Home for 32 years. Mountain Home is restaurant poor. The whole town was exciting and patiently waited for Taco Bell to open after hearing rumors for several years. Everybody in town was there for the first couple of weeks, but the new employees were able to keep customers flowing through at a reasonable speed. Every time I've been there, the food has been good, and the service is always great. Very happy, friendly employees. I love the Mexican Pizza!!

Rude staff and the wait times are AWFUL to start. Then I get home, which is 1.5 miles from the restaurant and my tacos we're not even luke warm. They were cold and looked like someone had smashed them. I worked for a Taco bell once upon a time, if ANY of my staff produced food like this they would have been retrained, if they still couldn't do it they would be gone. This store needs a new manager and new trainers. Because tacos like that is unacceptable! TBs drive through used to have a 1 minute standard. From the time the car pulled up to the speaker you had one minute for their food to be made, cashed out and pulled out you all in just one minute, this place you wait 30 min just to get to the speaker. It's just plain AWFUL!! And yes a 1 minute drive through time is very much doable!

For the past week or so it seems like they're never open which is disappointing, even though normally at least one of the items I get for me in my order is messed up it's still a favorite place to eat for my kids. Hopefully they'll get back to their normal posted hours of operation soon.
