Recently I decided that I wanted to get a new bike, from some research I decided that a commuter/fitness bike is what I wanted. I checked out Black Arrow's website and decided to visit the store last week. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable in the store, there were a few guys working that day (Tuesday July 4th). They were all helpful and friendly. Sorry I didn't get all of your names. Mike was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions, it's been 3 decades since I bought a new bike, so I had many questions. I rode about 4 bikes and ended up purchasing a matte black Fuji Absolute 1.9. It feels like a great place to start at this time for me. So far I love the bike and I am excited to ride it anytime that I can. Thanks guys and I wish you continued success!

Probably some of the best service, most knowledgeable staff, and most enjoyable experience you can have in a bike repair store. Staff are honest and straightforward about repair costs, which is more than can be said for a lot of mechanics. I also love that employees like to talk shop with customers - I could spend an hour talking to someone and they wouldn't mind. This is THE bike store to go to in the KW region, hands down.

This is my favourite bike shop. Jesse and team really strive to make it a super inclusive and judgement free area. Service is top notch and the bikes and gear they sell are extremely practical.

I went in for a flat tier and a tune up. Received an amazing service at a reasonable price. Well informed and very informative staff, they walked me through every step of what they did and gave me excellent free advice. I bought a couple of accessories as well, they have a great selection of helmets, bicycle apparel and accessories. Definitely going back!

Absolutely amazing bike shop! The owner really knows his stuff and explains how best to help you. They are always my first choice LBS and I have had nothing but great experiences with them.

Took my carbon frame road bike to have a cable replaced and they up talked me up to replacing 400$ in parts. Called me back an hour later and said they condemned my bike because they saw a small obvious hairline crack in the frame, didn’t do any work, and charged me 50$. This “crack” could have been easily spotted when they initially looked it over. I still wanted the cable replaced and started taking the bike to get a second opinion at another shop. However, when riding it there I noticed, going down a hill when a truck was coming for me, that the brakes were not put back and the back tire was not secured. I had to jump off the bike to avoid collision. I went back, told them what happened and they blamed me and were unapologetic because they had said I was told I wasn’t to ride my bike! Come on. They should have at least given the bike back in the same shape or warned me they disengaged the brakes! Pretentious.
