The staff were too busy talking to each other and gossiping to focus on their jobs. They messed up our orders (2 of them) and we had to go back inside (drive through orders) to rectify it. I get it, they're students but still.

Terrible service, long waits. Staff who don't care. What was once a 24 hour location.. is now only open 7am to 6pm. Its a joke to even call this Tim Hortons

Absolutely the worst Tim’s location in NL. Under staffed, extremely slow, rarely open and will close while there are 10 vehicles lined up in the drive through…not to mention that they operate with an extremely reduced menu and it’s hit or miss with what’s actually available from one min to the next!

I visited this Tim hortons a few times well we stayed in kings point for a week. The bathrooms were never clean. From ontario to Newfoundland this was the dirtiest Tim hortons we went to at a time when cleanliness is so important

Service here sucks. They dont have enough people working there and the people that they do have dont know how to make anything properly. Drive thru takes forever i was waiting for 45 minutes for a large triple triple.

Tim's is always good fresh hot coffee and baked goods. I tried the chili today which was delicious.

Springdale Tim Hortons got a new owner this place is run top notch, fast service, lots of staff and full menu items the food items is made fresh daily

This is not a restaurant review its just a advice for the individuals foreign workers who would look into the google review about this before coming to this place . Please completly avoid to come and work here its not worth it . It has a new owner now but a year ago it was full of poor foreign workers who worked here for their status in the country none of them was-helped by the employer nor from the agency where they were promised. The area is very much remote comparing from the city in ontario and other places .noone would care about you . Expenses are very very high and you would be likely going bankrupt .behaviour from the locals would be very discriminating and very nosy . You would be always watched
