Children's Medical Clinic

My children have been patients of the clinic for 10 years. Dr Singer was great. Since the new dr came, no welcome or introduction letter to even know her name. I have been calling for 3 weeks to book an appointment, no one ever picks up the phone or returns your call or the vm is full. Still waiting for a call back. Going to call CPSO this week to inquire if this is acceptable code of conduct.

Terrible. The doctor missed one vaccine shot for him when he is 6 - he is supposed to get 2 instead of one shots, the doctor only gave one. And when we try to book another missing one for him, the doctor rejected to see him and rejected to give it unless he has another physician's referral only because my son did not see him for a year. Used all kinds of rediculous excuse to push it. The doctor made a mistake missing vaccine and refused to make it up. Don't trust this clinic anymore. Not recommended.

BEWARE!!!! Do not send your child here!!!!! The more time passes, the more upset I get about what happened to my little girl. Since she was about 2 weeks old, I started noticing something wrong with her vision and kept bringing it up to Dr. Manji. My baby would not have eye contact with me and as time went by, she was still not doing so. She would completely dismiss my concerns and would not even check her eyes. After a few months, my baby will start crossing her eyes and again brough it up to Dr. Manji and she would keep saying I wouldn't worry about it". Every time I went to see her for vaccines and such she would say the same thing. So

Terrible dr. We missed dr singer. She never be available in urgent time . Even online app. She does not do vaccine follow up . Dr singer order in vaccine that u like to do if not covered by ohip. New dr make you to pay 40 dollars to write a prescription and bring the vaccine to do the shot. They told me take your child to the nearest walk in clinic. She doesn't not care about babies or kids. Other dr offices for kids take in patient for emergency. Horrible dr. We are changing dr.

l We used to be Dr. Singer's patients since Dr. Manji took over; our disappointment was great.Dr. Manji regained her licence to practise medicine back in 2017 after over a decade where she didn't practice medicine, and something didn't feel right.We met her only once and had one or two zoom meetings. She is impatient, unpleasant and definitely not a pediatric physician material. She claims that she specializes in special needs children but seemed to have no will to help our special needs children. Appointments are impossible to book and it left us for the past 1.5 years without proper care. No wonder that she is closing down.

Dr. Manji is a terrible doctor. She has no concern over her patients and considers them a pay check.We have been trying to get an appoint with her for over a week, but never get a live person on the phone. Leave a message to which she will grace us response in 24-48 hours. But she still has not replied.Will only do video appointments regardless of the condition.Dr. Singer was such a great doctor, and Manji is just brutal.We are leaving her and asking our family doctor to take on our children. I feel very discouraged that we would have to give up a specialist in children’s medicine, but we have no choice.She is that bad of a doctor.UpdateShe terminated care of our children as a result of this review.It’s not about the patients to her.

After reading reviews, I felt compelled to write my own review about Dr Manji. My 9 year old son was seeing Dr Singer until he left the practice. Dr Singer was patient, kind and very accessible. I was beyond shocked to learn that he left his practice to a doctor that does not care about her patients at all. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I find it very hard to believe that the recent 5 star reviews are real. She is completely unethical, unprofessional, and refused care for my son after learning I had sought out a walk-in doctor for a second opinion after she misdiagnosed my son’s skin infection. Next to impossible to book an appointment and when she finally schedules you in, she is never on time for calls (2 hours late for one particular appointment). Refuses to give refills through a pharmacy for medication that my son has taken daily for 7 years (Flovent). Pharmacy often has to fax 4-5 times before she even bothers to call back, at which point she refuses to give the refill anyway. She insists on having us book an appointment with her before giving any type of refill (even for an epi-pen!!). Oftentimes, we’ve used a walk in to refill prescriptions. So far we have had 4 appointments with her since Dr Singer left and every appointment has been an utter and complete disaster. No clue how she still has her license. If you care about the well being of your child, I would steer clear of this place.

The most recent reviews are totally fake. RUN in the other direction from this new doctor, she purposely makes it hard for your child to receive proper medical attention. She doesn't listen to patients, she doesn't answer to phone calls. We used to see Dr. Singer and this is like his total opposite. Rude, thoughtless, and clearly doesn't care about her patients. If she did, then she would take your concerns seriously. My child had a serious medical issue and she told us it was ALL IN HIS HEAD. Unacceptable behaviour from a DOCTOR.

We have been patients of Dr. Singer for 12 years. We have three children. He is always on time - the most we have ever waited is 10 minutes. When one of my children has been ill, he has always seen us, the day of. His diagnosis has always been correct and he has often suggests a more natural approach to our ailments. He also has not hesitated to refer us to specialists. He is technically very strong and professional (not much small talk). I do feel a little guilty that I have not purchased the additional vaccinations in the past but if you are a travelers it may save you some money in the end, as opposed to going to the travel clinic. We will continue to see Dr. Singer as long as we can.

Used to be great with Dr. Salinger.Unfortunately it’s currently run by another doctor..Drastic changes. You no longer get phone calls from them; they don’t call to book appointments for you as was the case with the previous management; previously we would get phone calls to book for age appropriate and birthday vaccinations; no reminders. Either Dr. Singers management just spoilt their patients parents with all these conveniences or it supposed to be the norm. I don’t know because Dr. Singer was my first paediatrician.Plus they don’t answer phone calls either.Currently they use the Medeo App which is horrible. I can’t even reset the password despite having an account which Medeo can’t find.Looking for another paediatrician as I write this review unless they buckle up and get better.
