We didn't get an appointment due to our busy schedule. We just walked in and requested if we could get one. We were greeted by Ms. Alexandra Mendosa. Alexandra patiently checked for some slots and managed to get us one. She explained everything patiently and helped us setup an account ! She was super professional, welcomed us to canada and gave us tips on how to settle down soon. Thanks a lot Alexandra

5/5 stars thanks to Courtney Scotch. She was so kind, approachable and friendly. She helped answer all of my questions and got me the letter I needed to rectify an issue very promptly. Her professionalism is excellent and she really does have the customers best interest in mind. I appreciate you so much Courtney!! Thank you for all the help which in turn alleviated so much stress.

Trying to close my deceased parents Visa card and have the last visa bill forwarded to my home address but the will did not state that I am the executor because all the executors are deceased so no one helped me. I was sent here by three different people that work at CIBC very unknowledgeable if you were on your deathbed, close your accounts before you die and tell your survivors not to deposit there inheritance at CIBC they suck !!RBC is more empathetic expressed their condolences to me unlike the yahoos at CIBC

General manager at Big bay point branch was very very Rude with very bad attitude....her behaviour was very bad....she thinks she is owner of CIBC bank...Bank should remind her she is just an employee and we are custom she should learn customer service....she told me, i will throw you out from branch and cancel your account from CIBC and go to other bank....i just informed her about big line up and they are short staff not a safe place for public...also staff is not trained....they dont answer phone when i was waiting in line phone was ringing more than 15 times.
