Worst service ever. Takes forever to get served. They're running around like chicken without heads. They don't get your order right and then arrogantly insist that you ordered what they served you instead of correcting the situation.Not lacking in TIm Horton's in Beloeil / St-Hilaire area. Will not be going to that one again.

Pretty disappointed. They refused to give me a cup water when I ordered for about 15$ worth of donuts and hot chocolate, stating their manager forbade them from doing so since they were selling water bottles.

Service too familiar. And they switch the soup and the potatoes between two trays while they don't have the same sandwich (BLT vs grilled cheese)... but meal always good and equal.

One of the best Tim Hortons I have ever been to! It's clean, the employees are kind and friendly. The service is quick and excellent! The food is really tasty and they have a great variety of donuts and pastries!

2/20/2021 After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through and getting to the cash to pay (not even when they took my order) they told me they couldn't scan my coupon for the $1 hot chocolate coupon I had on my phone (sent to me from Tim Horton's) as their scanner didn't work. They then proceeded to charge me full price, they couldn't accept payment from my app/Tim Card, again because of their broken scanner. They told me to pay by CC or debit or cash instead. Then they didn't even offer a free Tim Bit or something (I ordered 2). I didn't even care about the $0.25 free Tim Bit, but at least try and make up for your mistakes or broken equipment or not telling people in line when they order their scanner doesn't work. I didn't even want the hot chocolate that badly, I only ordered it because TH sent me this coupon for having completed a survey for having gone through anothe TH the day before. I just wanted to see some effort. Just poor service and they didn't seem to care as demonstrated by their lack of actions/effort.

Coffee anytime better than Starbucks. Canada is always one up in this regard - they show how one can have better coffee at a much lesser price.
