Appreciated the time and attention that I received from Allison in the store. She helped me wade through a variety of options. I also appreciate the Lenscrafter Happiness Guarantee. I tried progressives, but they weren't really what I ended up liking and was able to get the lenses replaced as a result.

They had great services. The employees (Alison & Monique) were very professional and patient. They even cleaned my old glasses for free. 10/10 will come back again!

The experience at LenseCrafters was clearly positive. Good staff, great Optometrist, brightly lit displays and clear explanations resonated sharply with me. Do you see what I did there? If we cross off the best and worst reviews to find a fair average, they’d be 5 stars. The black and white winner. Also, I find retinas uglier than feet…. and I’ve seen my retinas now. They can direct bill and confirm coverage quickly.

They were super great!! I walked in to get my glasses fixed and tightened and they helped me out with no hesitation even tho they aren’t my main business i work with.Highly recommend coming here, very nice people!!!

The staff were friendly and professional, very helpful. Dr. Singh explained each part of the exam and showed me all aspects of the eye on the computer. I certainly felt comfortable with the exam, usually am nervous. I got two sets of glasses at a discount and am very happy I was able to do everything in one visit. Highly recommend this clinic.

My eye exam team were fantastic, my salesperson Alison was incredible, she also saved me quite a bit of money on my purchase.I'm very happy with this experience, my second time as their customer.

Bought 2 pair of glasses last year. Ray Ban prescription sun glasses best glasses I have ever owned. Bought replacement insurance. Returned to Lenscrafter when year up just to check lenses. Informed I could do complete frame and lens replacement for $50 a pair with no questions asked. Great great warranty and prescription for progressive prescription perfect. I will recommend them and plan to return.

I would NOT recommend this location. The way they treated my senior disabled mother was inexcusable. They had no problem taking hundreds of dollars from her, then made her wait months with no answer as to where the glasses were.It started with the manager telling me she had been calling my mother but never got an answer and left messages. There were no such calls made and when I confronted the manager, her demeanour indicated perhaps my mother was somewhat forgetful and might have forgotten.My mother is as sharp as a whip with all of her facilities in tact so I was incredibly insulted. Perhaps she was not aware of call display and answering machines? My mother certainly wouldn’t be removing just the Lenscrafters number and no one else.Fast Forward to a YEAR later. The first pair, the lenses were not done correctly and had to be returned, then another long wait. The second pair done (no problems calling this time), again the lenses were done incorrectly. Held up by weather issues and a disability, my mother was not able to get back into the store until the weather cleared (the store requested she come in). Once there, my mother voiced her concerns over the lens issue and the manager instantly became defensive.“Who else did you see? What did they say? Well I know what I’m doing, I’m highly trained and there is nothing wrong with these lenses”. She was incredibly condescending to my disabled mother, she grilled and tried to gaslight my mother. Then she had the nerve to ask my mother about health issues, was there anything she had that could change her vision in the short time since her last eye exam one year ago? “Oh you have diabetes! Oh well, that explains it then! You might need a new eye exam (for an additional cost), that’s probably why the glasses aren’t working for you!”It took a lot of strength to keep my mouth shut, but I knew we were right, we had the facts and she was just a horrible person. My mother had an eye exam with another optometrist just days before we went back to LensCrafters to confront them. Her prescription was the same as the one a year prior, which confirmed the issue was the lenses. But LensCrafters was defensive and instead wanted to point the finger at my mother. They took a lot of money from her, so I hope they’re happy with themselves. We have taken our business elsewhere, and my mother finally has the glasses she needed all along.

I needed some assistance with my sunglasses today. Allison the store manager was quick to assist and made a quick repair to them at no cost. I was completely satisfied with my experience and would us LensCrafters again in the future.

Paige was friendly, knowledgeable and completed my purchase in an efficient manner. She was very helpful in ensuring my frame were the right size.
