After receiving the boat from storage at Wasaga marina and after they said the boat is ready for the boating season ,I got stuck on the water on day one as the fuel line was loose and they did not mention that the boat has not a single drop of fuel.very disappointing experience.after letting them know what had happened ,not even a word of apology.poor customer service.

They are absolutely the worst and they scam you so bad and basically force you to lay all sorts of money for no service ive had my boat in many diffrent marinas and in the past 20 yrs these guys are the worst

Wasaga marine has done the winterization and maintenance on my seadoo jet boat for the last two years. Every spring when I pick it up it runs perfectly and they are always friendly and on time! Last year I had an issue with the engine and they pulled it out and fixed it immediately. Can’t say enough good things about them and will continue to use them for all my boating needs.

Brought my boat in to them for repair They kept my boat all summer. Never did any work. Finally September rolls around and they tell me I need a thermostat but they can't find the part. I make one phone call and order the part. Drive to waubashene to pick it up.and bring it to them. They replace it and I pick up my boat. My fuel tank went in full and came back not only empty but full of sand. Also someone removed my pin from my trailer. If you have a small boat. Don't bring it there. After my boat being there for months my bill showed 2 hours of work. Complete joke.

I have been with Wasaga Marine for three years now and have had no issues whatsoever.There service is Great! The woman at the front desk is polite and very helpful. I would recommend them 100%
