I'm not sure how ppl say this place is quick, while always heavily stocked with donuts and bagels the service is lacking. On an average day Drive thru times are long but don't compare to insides wait. You could be the only person there and 5 mins before someone's takes your order!

Always friendly and courteous but often have to wait for the long line in the drive-thru. Every Sunday morning we grab a coffee on our way to church but the lines are often long and result in us skipping out. 10 am Sundays seem to always be long lineups.

Really stoked to be moving closer to a Starbucks. The Tim Hortons on the island are all pretty lackluster for service, but this location stands out as the worst for me. Never get my order right, discourteous, and take forever to get the wrong stuff to me.

I try to avoid this Tims as much as possible. Congestion in the parking lot is often caused as this is attached to the local strip mall. Once inside they don't pay attention to the customers in line and only seem to worry about the drive thru so several minute waits are the normal.However I never wrote a review until tonight as I was going through the drive and asked for a 20 pack of timbits and asked for variety and they gave me all honey glazed... They could have at least told me they didn't have any other options instead of wasting my money and have two disappointed kids.

Wanted a 12 pack of donuts as a treat for a team but all they had at 0700 was the boring ones (no Boston creams!).And same with tidbits, just the boring ones.I guess I could have ordered ahead but I doubt they would have made them especially for me.Staff friendly though, and location was clean and efficient.

I do not write bad reviews often but very disappointed with this location. I got two hot chocolates and both were not even 3/4 full. The cup felt light so I jokingly opened one and discovered dirt/grime floating on the top. I am so glad I did not drink this and I highly recommend choosing a different Tim’s.

Ordered a chicken wrap combo with wedges, a tea, and a beyond burger. Paid my bill, went to wait for my food in the designated area only to be told ~5 minutes later that there weren't any beyond burger or wedges available. This was at 5pm on a Thursday. Not sure how a restaurant" can run out of their menu items; especially the ones they promote so much of. Got a full refund and left. They did give me my tea on the house

The drive-thru here is DIALED! Its always so fast and our order was never messed up. The workers need a raise for their effort. Most Tim's I visit, either the window is slow or something in the order is messed up.Overall, impressed.

Service is always some variation of poor atbthis tim Hortons has great potential but man service times and oder care are pretty bad
