Been going here for years. Excellent updated glasses always. Worth the price for the quality and service. Always busy. Owners aren't the friendliest but you overlook that because of the selection and service. Definitely recommend!!!!

Horrible costumer service and they are so rude. I went to see the glasses and I ask the normal questions. When they could see me and how much would it be? Well they answer so rude but ok. I made an appointment for the following week and something came up at work so I called to reschedule and they were extremely rude when I ask if they have another day available, the guy that answer say no and hang up the phone.

I've been coming to this place since I found out about it Mike and Lisa are such great people and very professional. Throughout the years I have become friends with them. They really take care of their customers and are passionate about what they do. I've referred a lot of people to them and everybody has been happy with the service and quality of their glasses their prices cannot be beat hands down. I will always be a lifetime customer.

Stopped in to see if they could help me with my prescription sunglasses as the screw in the hinge came out and I need them for driving - the gentleman tried but very quickly handed back to me saying that someone had put superglue on it and he could not fix. Did not even try to replace the screw for me - nothing. Took to another eyewear place in Woodbridge who gladly replaced the screw for me.

Bought a pair of $300.00 reading glasses. After a few days, I did not like the frame. I didn't like the way it looked. I called to ask for an exchange, I was met with rude customer service. I was under the impression that eye glass stores allow for exchange. Hakim does it, Lens Crafters..but not this company. In fact they used covid as their excuse. Give me a break. My husband warned me not to go to the store, that the guy there is a scammer. Should have listened. Guess what, just clean the damn glasses??!! you know the same way you did when you had me try on100 pairs?!?! what did you do then??!?!.SCAMMER.

Was not impressed. I had my mask on and the man did not. And he was 1 foot away from a woman he was talking to she had a mask on. Not acceptable
