Fond du Lac Center for Spirituality & Healing

I have been going to the Center for Spirituality and Healing for four years to receive all my Hatha Yoga and meditation learning needs. All of the instructors are genuine and down-to-earth making me feel comfortable in every class I attend. If you are interested in learning about yoga and/or yoga philosophy, this place is great because of the gentle pacing of the class and individualized instruction the teachers give. If you are well-practiced it is also a great choice because they will suggest appropriate challenges for your growth. No matter your experience level, you will leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and ready for the world!They also offer amazing weekend events on occasion with very specialized instructors. :)

The Center has been an on-going source of healing, education, and inspiration for me for the past 20 years. It is a gem in the center" of downtown Fond du Lac. I am grateful for it's presence in the community and beyond."
