Restassure Inc

I have been a client with Rest Assure Inc. for about 6 years now and feel that maybe it is time to move on. In my opinion this company seems to have gone through a change in 2013 and as a customer I believe complacency has trumped professionalism. Mismanagement comes to mind. Over the years I have experienced unnecessary mistakes that resulted in denial of coverage from my insurance provider on 3 occasions. These problems were rectified, however not without much ado. A few years back I went for an appointment only to find out when I got there that the company moved locations. There was no mention of the move when I made the appointment. For a company that boasts itself for cheap prices I recently found out that the same mask I purchased from Rest Assure is $95.00 more than at a competitors. Rest Assure Inc.charged me $270 for the same mask a competitor is charging $175. Greed comes to mind. How's that for customer appreciation. Rest Assure Inc. was never perfect but I did like purchasing my equipment there but now it seems sloppy, unprofessional, and over priced, not to mention the lip service aspect of my experiences with this company. I guess it is time to move on to a more professional, competent company, that values it's customers.

After shopping around, I decided to stay with Restassure. During my first visit, the therapist took time to explain why I had to use cpap. She also allowed me to try it while i was there. I came back after going to 4 other places since I found her to be very professional and actually caring about the customer. At the other places, I felt like I was being pressured to make a purchase at the time of my visit. I did not have that feeling at Restassure. During my trial period, the therapist was very encouraging and allowed me to try several masks at home before I chose the one that was right for me. She even contacted me after hours to make sure everything was going well.I highly recommended the staff at Restassure.
