I cannot express my thanks enough.My HP 17 inch laptop has a very bad design at the hinges. Rick spent many hours trying to do the best repair as I was on a tight budget.Turns out all the effort was not enough to keep the computer together. He ordered new parts at a very reasonable cost and then again spent a ton of time making sure the new parts would not break again (welding and testing new parts).I highly recommend SouthBank Computers and am going to tell all of my friends to go see him!!!!!!!!!!!Don't buy a 17 inch HP laptop! It was totally unusable after 18 months. Now, it is good as new thanks to SouthBank Computers.

Great service! Brought in my mac lap top to replace my keyboard. The cost was was substantially less then I expected it to be. They also cleaned my whole laptop inside and out and replaced the small black pads on the bottom of the laptop free of charge. Since this is my work computer I was initially worried about how long it would take to get it back- 24hrs later they called and said it was ready!!!! I was super happy with the service and would recommend Southbank to anyone looking for help with their computer!

I brought in 1 desktop computer and 2 laptops to be serviced. I felt safe with my personal information not being hacked. They fixed all the problems and saved me tons of money. They are very professional, fast and affordable. I highly recommend this business and will be using them in the future. Amazing service!

Polite service, called with updates when he said he would, didn't keep me waiting for weeks. I decided against the repair he recommended due to cost, but he helped me make a good decision by listening to my needs and considering budget. He even made a fair offer on my old computer which I no longer needed. seems like an honest gentleman; its nice to see high school students taking advantage of his placement opportunity.

Excellent experience with Rick! I came in with my MacBook Pro, a shot hard-drive and no backup. After two days of long work, Rick was able to retrieve nearly all my files. He replaced my harddrive and transferred my files for a very reasonable price. Very grateful!

My hardrive gave out and had to be replaced. The owner explained very clearly what needed to be done and did not want to oversell in anyway. Very knowledgeable and quick turnaround. My gaming PC runs better than new now! Thank you so much!
