Aqua Bath & Lighting

We purchased a full set of fixtures and taps for our renovation. In less than two years one of four toilets failed. It was a middle of the line fixture - not cheap not expensive. We were told there was no warranty because it was over a year. I understand manufacturers have to place limits on warranty but I just felt disappointed with all the money we spent there (without undue bargaining) that something couldn’t be done for us. I’ve never had a toilet completely fail before (air leak in bowl) in all the years I’ve been an owner and landlord

I have purchased a full set of items for my new house without any bargain. I purchased items around dollars 12000. These people were very happy at the time of placing order and assured excellent service after sale including return of items. Actually this is the first time I dealt with different suppliers and trade people to a large extent. Per my experience I have found most of the Indian businesses and trade professional never stand by their words or follow the standard business and trade practices. I been to this business to return the items that I don't need and were approximately 700 dollars. To my surprise the people who were assuring the excellent service after sale including return of goods just disappeared from the scene and a new person came in to deal with me. He was checking on the items and making excuses that the box is not in its original condition though the items inside are all packed and secured in the original packing. Then he said he can not accept the items because they are special order. I asked him these are the items displayed in your store and you don't have everything ready in stock. So how you can say special order. Finally he refused to accept the return. Now I understand why all the people who were assisting for sale now just go away and bring in the new person to deal with, it is just to refuse the legitimate return. This is how these east Indian stores do the business. This is my first ever review and I waited, may be the business realize its gross mistake and may contact me for return. This review is for all the prospective customers to alert them before they fall victim to this business. Please note my point they will show nice talks and terms until you buy from them. The true test comes when you come with some issue with the product or return like in my case. So after reading this review if I am able to save even one customer from falling prey to this business, I will be happy. I have planned to take these boxes and purchase invoices with me and put the boxes on my car roof in front of the store so that I can personally meet and inform the people who intended to deal with this business.

Terrible experience at this store. They provided my home builder’s plumber with a faulty toilet. Then when the plumber tried to replace it they provided him with a cheap toilet and not the original premium one.When I went there in person, they refused to replace the original toilet and told me to go talk to my plumber. They stated that the plumber did not reach out to them which was also a lie.These guys do not care about customer service and only about moving product and making money. If you want to be taken care of as a customer I would take your business elsewhere.

BEWARE.Our builder decided to go with this company and we wish they didn't.Our initial experience was fine. We picked everything we wanted and made some adjustments to stay within budget. However, once we started checking in on the installs we quickly started to realize the lack of care they had.1) We had 5 matching faucets picked out, only to have 5 completely different faucets installed. It took them weeks to resolve this and still we ended up with faucets that we didn't originally choose.2) The shower unit that was installed was bent and broken. Not only was that installed broken and not noticed, they tried to tell us that's the design. (See pictures)3) Our kitchen faucet was back ordered, fine. They cannot control that. I had to call multiple times over the course of 2 months to have a resolution. They finally delivered the faucet, but the box was completely mangled. I of course opened it to see a completely damaged unit. Now, I'm back to square one. The guy said he'll send a new one, but it took them 2 months to deliver a used broken one. TBD on how this pans out.

read from bottom to top.... issue resolved and couldn't be happier and i left the entire post to show that issues are bound to happen but how they are dealt with is important and in this one they did there best and i am happy. thank youWent back to them since the faucet i got from aqua had coating failure they refused to help and said just call delta even though the sales rep said IF anything happens you can bring it back to US. Needless to say delta didn't give me a reason as to why its not covered and they refused to help so i paid extra for a feature that i don't get. hopefully none of the other 7 plumbing faucets go bad because they don't keep there word when it comes to warranty.ok continuation of the previous posting i was contacted by delta and was walked through the entire process. and i kid you not i couldn't be happier thy came through and helped me out and sent me all parts and accommodated me with everything ... delta is the way to go .I might have over reacted at first and got frustrated but i shouldn't of overreacted

Amazing selection! Never recieved any help but that didn't stop us from checking out the huge showrooms and vast displays.Weren't looking to have any questions answered either but still nice knowing someone would have been there for us.

I had only but positive experiences at this store. Yes, plural. Am renovating an entire house and visited the store numerous times before finalizing product selection.who has probably provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, super friendly, efficient. Always made time to see me, even stayed past closing time one evening. Oh and practical. Didn’t try to upsell and pointed out some things I wouldn’t have thought about when it came to product features (things to avoid and choose). Store very clean. Good selection. Just wished they would stay open later one night a week:). Thanks for everything !

Warning - buy at ur own risk specially if builder or plumber is sending you to this store. They cheat customers saying what the base price is and what they offer. I bought all plumbing from them for my new house 3 months back and paid for the upgrade which i selected no bargain nothing. Later in may plumber and aquabath is saying that base price of plumber is not what they offered and again had to pay money. I have all bills and emails still owner did not acknowledge and threatened not to despatch plumbing stuff on time. Sales people changes frequently so keep all documents and also please check amazon i released they charge double than that after i bought all.Zero service and will never recommend … still buying keep all receipts and emails and u can try your luck.

I was here on Feb 9th just after 5pm they close at 530. Outside of a Indian greeting that was all the service I received spent 20 minutes walking around received no assistance whatsoever. Went to best plumbing and lighting, well got paired up with a Stephen who went through differences between Moen at a big box store vs plumbing store. Grabbed a couple of new fixtures and was on my way. It's unfortunate your employees were more interested in leaving work than helping a customer.
