Good place & team, good services, I was recommended this place and I would recommend it as well. Minus 1 star because nothing is ever perfect. While quality of service is not perfect, it is still excellent.Here are perhaps some ideas to improve?- Never leave a reception unattended, even at lunch hours (you got two receptionists now!). Never allow a staff member (doctor or else) say they are on break so they can't help you"

Note: Funny to me because I wrote a bad review, all of a sudden and on the same day, people wrote good reviews...they must have many friends.Very misleading information on their website. Because I did not want to wait any longer in an emergency room to see a doctor, I decided to use this Walk-in private clinic on a Saturday morning at 08:00. I had been up all night.Though their website says opening hours for Saturday is from08:00 - 13:00, I was told that consultations start only at 09:00 because they do the blood drawing from 08:00 - 09:00 - Actually on their website there is no Blood Drawing hours for Saturdays neither is there any mention of specifics for consultation hours for medical services.I was then informed that I could see a doctor only at 09:00 and the rate is $150.00 - Actually on their website the rate for a Walk-in exam is at $120.00 for 20 minutes with a doctor. No mention of weekend rates on their website.Since I was there already, I decided to wait til 09:00 but thought to myself, I have not yet seen anyone else arrive in the building as I had been parked outside since 07:30. So at 09:02, I decided I did not want to wait any longer for a doctor, but then the person at the reception now tells me that my appointment was at 09:20!~ What!?, there was no one there but me, since the opening hour of 08:00! Plus, he had told me consultations start at 09:00. I think the doctor was late for any Walk-ins and they have a serious lack of respect for paying customers.At that point, I decided to leave! I am just glad I did not spend any money on this poor service. Hopefully these people will make the proper corrections on the information given on their website.Thank you.

very bad service i do not advise anyone to go there ,first Thursday 27th when i was with the doctor she was looking at her watch all the time she just wanna finishand when i asked her about something she told me that she has no time there is another client waiting ,and my case is a serious case , this is not professional and not a good treatment for a patient ,second the nurse they told me the results will be ready on Saturday the 29th , of course i did not receive any calls from anyonei called on Monday 31st and they told me that the doctor who is taking care of my file is on vacation and will be back next week and (i told the gentleman that am disappointed from the treatment)and they got the blood results but they cant send it to me waiting for doctor , so again i called today February 2 and the receptionist did not like what i saidwhen i asked for an update she told me u need to wait from 5 to 10 days and this is not what i have been told and she transferred me to nurse department again no respond and i left a voice messageif i knew that the service in the private clinic is miserable like this( SPECIALLY MY CASE IS A HEART ISSUE CASE ) and they don't care about patient health only about that my time is over I would not come hereone more thing when the Director of the clinique read this they call and they sent me the blood results and the director was shouting at me and threating me to remove the review cos am not saying the truth

Best clinic experience I've ever had, receptionist, nurse and doctor were incredibly helpful and courteous, feedback was very fast and detailed after having to do more examinations after the appointment. Could not have had a better experience, I've been to many different private clinics in the north shore, this was BY FAR the best one.

Doctor Filteau was very good and the staff was generally very friendly. We also have our son who is followed by Doctor Filteau and she has been great with him !

Bad service from the doctors both times going to this clinic. Went the first time this summer and got told my symptoms could be 10 different things and not what I suspected which was very vague and not helpful. Second time my boyfriend went to get a referral and left with a paper to see the wrong specialist even after voicing his concerns. Found out it was the wrong specialist recently and he had waited over 2 months for a pointless appointment just to wait again on another list for the right specialist. Steer clear of this clinic, the doctors do not help and make the process longer to get the help you need. Uninformed it seems.Also, getting multiple phone calls from the clinic after writing reviews that were written with an honest intention to share both experiences, I find a bit much.

Very disappointed in this clinic. I was sent to the ER with my son, because they supposedly couldn’t prescribe him antibiotics again. Went to the ER only to be sent back home with antibiotics once more. Doctor at hospital did not understand why the clinic referred me to hospital, over another ear infection.Ridiculous that I paid for a service I did not receive adequately. On top of that, Clinic refuses to reimburse me. Says they provided me with a service? May I know what service that was?Not cooperative at all. Unsatisfied 100%.

Called to try and make an appointment - and asked the receptionist if they take patients without RAMQ; she hung up the phone on me LOL.

Very, very bad service, not recommended at all. They just want to make money and no humanity .
