Very nice and well maintained. Our site had front view of the lake. We even had the visit of 2 small deers right after supper. 2nd time there and, definitely recommend this place.

Really good Campground with reasonable rates. We spent a few nights here mid-July and had a very enjoyable time. They have free Wifi all over the campground"

Great campsite ~20 minute walking distance to downtown kenora. Campsites were clean and well maintained. The beach is beautiful and has a great swimming area. Lots of room to BBQ / hang out in the communal areas. Washrooms and showers were very clean.

Really nice park, it's got a play structure a sandy beach, and a boat launch! We went in the fall and there was quite a bit of goose poop but it wasn't bad, looks beautiful with the changing leaves!! Close to the center of kenora and has lots of seating and tables for gatherings!

Didn’t realize when we picked our site on line that we were in a gravel parking lot with guardrail separating campground from busy road. Front side camping is nicely done. Website gave us the impression all sites were equal. If they do as nice a job on this area as they have on front side would be nice. Received more emails about rules and regs of park than I have ever received from any campground. Not a welcoming check-in.

Not sure what I missed but this park is not good. I am in a 24’ RV and have been to many private and public parks and this one was pretty bad. When we checked in, the kid behind the desk didn’t explain anything about the park - where our spot was, Wi-Fi availability, any amenities or even if we needed to disconnect. There was no site map, except if you scan the QR Code on the car tag. When I did that a very blurry map appeared. The spots are extremely close - our one pop-out was almost on top of the neighbor’s picnic bench. Our spot was close to the Main Street and very noisy. The Wi-Fi was non existent (didn’t even pop up as a network). The spot was not at all level. Luckily we were there for only one night, on our way out west

Lovely location. The bathrooms and showers are in need of a good cleaning. Simply sweeping the ceilings and walls to rid of the insects and webs would be a improvement. I’m sure the deck around the office is being worked on, if not it is not very un-stable.The staff are young and greet you with a smile , check in was easy.

Really love this place! But... the yappy little dogs spoil the atmosphere. There are lots of big dogs that are well behaved, but the little ones, bark incessantly, try to attack, and are a compete nuisance . People seem to think it's OK, because they are small, but, they spoil it for every one. Wish people would train their small dogs like the rest of us train our big dogs!

Stayed in July 2017. Our site was a pull in forward spot with an incredible view down over the open field to the lake and swimming area. We were greeted by friendly and informative staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The site was level and very private. The services were conveniently located and worked reliably. The lake is handy and lots of people were swimming and sitting beachside. Water was clear and warm. A quick walk gets you to a grocery store and Canadian Tire, and a short drive into town is worth the trip as it is a great waterfront spot for walking around. There was a report of a bear in the area, but no sign of him while we stayed. Staff provided lots of instructions with managing your campsite to reduce the draw for wildlife. We will definitely stay here again. We stayed in a Motorhome.
