Highly recommend. Little known secret in Kelowna as an option. Reasonable rates for service and equipment. Great experience from quote to install, other than the installer was a little stand offish but glad I'm with them.

Joe from Modern Wave came to our home to help set up a problematic tv and while doing so, noticed that our cable modem signal strength was low. He fixed both issues, was pleasant and very professional. He also dealt with a problem we were having with our alarm system. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Jesse & Amy from Modern Wave were both very pleasant to deal with during the initial transfer of my service from another provider. I had many questions they were able to help me with, and when they booked the installation the following week, 2 technicians showed up on time, were very polite, used all Covid protocols one would expect to see. Highly recommend using this local company for your Home or Business Security needs. Great team, keep up the good work.

Joe is knowledgeable, courteous, through and was able to get our alarm system set up and working. Also dealt with their admin office who was very responsive in providing a quote in our short time frame and very professional in handling all the admin tasks. Highly recommend.

My modern wave outdoor camera came in very handy in an unexpected way this holiday season! I was away from my home visiting family when my furnace quit working! The camera gave me the peace of mind to see that workers were coming to fix it while I was still away.I had the camera installed after an incident, thinking I would probably never really need it for anything.
