Prices are a bit high for a place that is down the road from a home depot. The location is small, and therefore the selection is a bit limited. They carry some nice rectangular trim. Good amount of floor space is dedicated to home decor items, would rather see this used for home improvement items where the big retailers are weak, more bespoke tile and flooring.. high end sealants, and renovation materials.

Not good lumber which I really needed for a customer. Asked for pine, got spruce and had to prepay for it and then select it myself from the very poor selection. And since it was prepaid, no refunds were given. Will not be returning which really disappoints me because I was looking forward to a better option than Home Depot. At least with Home Depot, you just waste your time looking through wood and not your money.

New building is great,good service,wide range of products and lots of parking.

Nice store, strange way of selling wood, no prices available on the wood at the wood or offered by staff, first you have to go to the back of the store and wait in line for someone to take you order and then take that piece of paper to the front of the store and pay for your wood, then you have to drive around to the back and wait for someone to help you get the wood.Seems like a lot of steps to buy one 2 by 4.Every other lumber store unless you have a big order, Go to lumber pile , pick the lumber you want Prices are marked then take lumber to cash ,pay for lumber and go. If you are wondering how come your labour costs are so high you have 3 people doing the work of 1 person.As I said at the beginning Nice Store a welcome addition to the neighborhood but please streamline your buying system for customers.

Beautiful store with excellent product selection. I found exactly what I was looking for with the assistance of a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff person. Will definitely be back!
