Staff here could not be better! We brought our little guy in the store and he was pumped to see all the cool bikes and helmets.The guys had no problem (and even offered) to pull one of the push bikes down from the ceiling to show our little dude!I ended up renting a bike and they were good to spend some time setting up the bike and talking local trails.A must go of you plan to bike in Canmore!

Had a great experience renting mountain bikes from Rebound Cycle. Workers were extremely nice and filled us in on all the local trails. Good quality bikes.

Very happy with the advice and quality of the mountain bikes provided. Joe and Michal took great care in getting the right fitting, size, tire pressure and features. Located a short from the Nordic Center, was ideal getting to the trails quickly. We were also provided helmets and locks at no extra charge.

We are from out of town (in for a wedding) and my buddy and I needed to rent two trail worthy mountain bikes, to ride the Canmore trail network (at Nordic center). Both bikes were as we reserved and the knowledgeable staff took the time to fit the bikes properly, set the sag, fork pressures, etc I would recommend this shop for bike rentals.

We rented a couple bikes for the day. Staff was super friendly and gave us some local knowledge of some of the amazing places to see while biking.Great place...100% recommend it

Every single experience with Rebound has been fantastic and I'm always happy when I find an excuse to visit. The rental fat bikes were awesome - great bikes, tuned and ready to go when we arrived. The service center always does a great job servicing my mountain bike, and sales has always been super friendly and happy to help me find what I need.

Great staff and service. I switched from mountain bike to hybrid on my rental and they refunded the difference without even my needing to ask. Then they added air to the tires as I was going to just be on pavement and not trail riding. Nice to have that careful attention to detail.

Great shop!Great, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices! I brought in my boxed up bike, they put it together and took care of anything to get me ready for the Great Divide Mountain Bike Ride. Great selection of product and accessories and well organized!Highly recommend!

Walked in with a flat tire in hand.I was patiently waiting for 10 minutes to be attended to. Not a greeting by either of the staff of five. Two other patrons was being helped.I walked out and finally someone for repairs ran after me and called me back while I was outside. I refused service from that store and was helped by the friendly rental staff outside.To be unassuming, I'm an Asian adult vacationing with family. I did not receive service to rate them appropriately.
