Eastside Golf

I REALLY wanted to support this company! Two young men from Morehouse College, why wouldn’t I support?! I have ordered two shirts from them and have had two separate issues. I will say that the customer service response has been timely and very fair. The products are the problem. One shirt (with logo) was supposed to be white but had an obvious pink hue to it. I was told that all of the shirts that they have in stock have the same hue. The other (which has the Jordan 4 on it) was washed one time and the logo has begun to “curl” up (its sewn on) and is now bleached out (maybe that’s my fault). Just be aware and not surprised. Again, great customer service response for my refund on the “pink shirt” but I sure wish that I could wear the shirts on the course.

Very nice collection but extremely bad customer service. They are tardy to response and do not allow refunds/exchanges on certain items sold on their website. Same items are eligible for free shipping/exchanges/returns if purchased through Nike. Does not make much sense.

Very poor customer service. Sent several inquiries via website and social media platforms with no response. Stuff overpriced anyway. $145 for a hoodie? Get real.

Eastside Golf is changing the narrative! I love the concept of authenticity, these guys are on a mission! Excited to see how this company continues to grow. Did I mention how dope the collection is! The sweaters, hats, socks, etc. I can’t wait for the burnt Orange sweater to drop!

Love the clothing. The logo is just really awesome in my opinion. I also really like what the company is doing for the game.

Amazing collection of products with superior quality. I purchased the red clay Jordan 12s. Amazing collaboration with the best shoe brand in the world. My shoes arrived timely in a really nice package. I've also purchased some of there golfing gear. I love how it all looks and feels. I'm still trying to get my hands on a pair of eastside golfing Js. Hopefully my number gets drawn in the raffle. Great brand with great products can't wait to see what's next! I'll be a life long customer for sure!

I like what these brothers are doing in the golf industry but their customer service is horrendous. There’s no phone number to call either while you wait for an email response. Pray that you won’t have problems with your order.

As soon as I heard that this golf company was collaborating with Jordan brand, I was so excited. The first day that Eastside Golf had their collaboration available, I purchased a pair of pants and a polo shirt. That was two weeks ago. Since then, I bought the Eastside Golf hat from the Nike app, and received that in 3 days. It has now been two weeks, and Eastside Golf has still not even shipped my order. It's very frustrating, but according to other people who have left reviews, that is pretty typical of this company. If I ever do get the order, I will push my review on the clothes. But for now, I would consider Eastside Golf a company that I would never buy from again.

Ordered a hat on Dec 6 that was shown as available. It was a Christmas present for my brother. 2 weeks later my order still hadn’t shipped so I emailed to see if the item would still arrive in time. They emailed back saying the item was no longer in stock and cancelled my order. Terrible customer service.
