Amazing customer service and very friendly and helpful staff!! Thanks so much for going above and beyond and staying open a little past closing time just for me to be able to get there to have my ink refilled. I have been going there for many years and have never had a problem with any of my refill cartridges. Love the card program and have earned many free refills over the years.
