Las Chimichangas Food Truck
finally caught this guy in the elementary school parking lot in grand forks and though he was already sold out of most things, the chicken chimichanga and churro i ordered were top shelf. def gonna be hitting this fella up any time i see him again in the future, the operator, John, has a really warm and friendly vibe. be sure to ask him about the secret menu!!

Las Chimichangas Food Truck
I stopped by with my dad on our way through town. It was late, forest fire smoke was thick in the air, and we were tired after a long day of landscaping. We were treated incredibly well with jokes, excellent food (had the chimichanga and the enchiladas), and after an unexpected time delay of a few minutes were even comped a couple of amazingly tasty churros! Thank you so much for making an unexpected stop so memorable.
