Went for my appointment this morning to see Dr.Lee and Lilly and Annette and another lady ( forgot) her name but all were very informative, helpful, friendly and explained everything to me.I went in to have a tooth extracted, was put to sleep, awoke, was drowsy, but felt fine. I will be returning in the near future to have more work done. My fear and anxiety are gone because of my experience today, so will be returning.Thank you to the team for your patience and friendliness. Thank you Dr.Lee.

Dr. Tom & staff are amazing. I called in and explained how much pain I was in and they got me in right away. When we got there the place was sanitized and the staff were all super friendly. I will be sure to tell everyone it is the best dental office in the world. Thank you so much for helping through my difficult time.

This group of people are all beyond amazing! Annette was super fantastic over the phone and Dr. Lee is always awesome, smiling and absolutely genuine. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and a couple fillings done on Friday September 9, 2022. I was super nervous and anxious but Dr Lee and his assistant made me feel relaxed and calm. Being 3 full days in recovery, still some pain but full manageable. These guys are amazing and fully recommend for anything you need done!

The staff is amazing, my son has severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. The staff was able to calm his fears and get some long overdue dental work done. I have now switched my other two children to them.

The staff are wonderful here. Very thourough cleanings, everything is explained without a rush, and follow up care is excellent. I recommend this dental clinic to anyone who has any hesitancy or anxiety about getting detal care.

Recently moved to the area and did not feel like making the trek out to my usual dentist in Burnaby, I had such a great experience. It started with a bad toothache that I was able to be booked in promptly to take a look at, the week after it was my wisdom teeth being pulled. Dr. Lee did such a great job, after 2 days of recovery, I am good as new, no pain, no swelling and one happy patient.Thank you!!

Don't waste your time. Receptionists think they are the dentists and tell you the complete opposite of what the actual dental professionals tell you and try to charge you thousands of dollars. A plan was made with the dentist and everything was sent to the insurance company to see how much would be covered, once hearing back from the insurance company the receptionist had a plan of her own. Don't believe anything on their website because they will try to send you to specialists for procedures listed on their homepage. Don't think the owners would appreciate the receptionists sending away their customers.Edited due to responseOnce again the complete opposite of what we were told over the phone. Dentist told us 2 appointments and everything would be complete. Over the phone we were told we would have to go elsewhere after 1 appointment, and that I would have to come back next year to complete the bottom. Never expressed any budget issues just wanted a grand total. Won't be wasting anymore time with the back and forth. Much cheaper and more helpful dentists elsewhere.

This place was amazing the tech and doctor was so understanding of my nervousness and how scared I was to be here. I am very grateful to have learned about this place.

I was referred here for sedation due to some extreme anxiety around dental work. The dentist who referred me said I had a few fillings but was not my regular dentist. When I went in for my consultation I was informed of a treatment plan that included 4-6 root canals and crowns, and over 5000 out of pocket expenses and several appointments . I went back to my old dentist and found out I had 1 big filling and 2 small fillings. This clinic was over treating and didn’t take the x rays needed as we had them sent to my old dentist and I found out when I got my second opinion. I am very unhappy with the bedside manner of the dentist. The hygienist was kind and gentle but the dentist was quick, rude and walked about without finishing our conversation informing me to book at the front. Would not recommend and would never go back after the level of dishonesty.The dentist made comments about my teeth and how horrible they were for my age. Even if I did need the work he said his approach was callus

I have had blinding tooth pain for over a week. The kind team at Langley Sedation were sympathetic to my pain, and made room for me to have an emergency appointment and completed a root canal rather than pulling the tooth as I was originally told would need to be done by a different dentist. They listened to my needs and preferences and didn’t try to push me to remove the tooth because it would be cheaper. I’m now comfortable and in considerably less pain with a plan going forward. I’m so incredibly thankful.
