The best experience I’ve had buying a spa . I didn’t know much about them but very helpful staff and I’m in love with my purchase. Good for all year long and wouldn’t refer anyone to anywhere else .

Bought a used spa back in April. We are now in July and the spa is leaking. We called the store and they are only honoring the 30 days warrantee. They didn't even want to pay half of the reparation. When you look in the spa, you can see that they tried to repair the leak. I will never back a used spa at that store again.

I bought a spa last year and it’s one of the worst experiences of my life and there so called guarantee cover NOTHING and worst than that can you imagine that in the middle on winter I called them, it was a friday afternoon (4PM) because the spa just stop working and I was worried cause I don’t want the water to freeze they tell me their is nobody to help you right now they will be back on monday cause that department don’t work on a week-end and To prevent the water from freezing the lady tells me in french “vide le spa et souffle dans les tuyaux pour pas qu’il reste de l’eau ou va t’acheter un une chaufferette”. Horrible! It was a nightmare. We bought a reconditioned spa. It wasn't reconditioned; it was cannibalized. We have had two other companies in to fix it. Neither company could believe the mess of connections and the bastardization of pieces. They cannot even tell us what year it was manufactured. Even after registering a complaint with Consumer Protection, there must have been 15 service calls. Several service people quit after seeing what we had been sold. We gave up.

Cannot thank them enough for the great spa. We use it all the time now!! Their customer service went above and beyond to get my spa delivered even sooner than the planned delivery date. Best after service ever as well. The warranty is well worth it guys

Amazing prices!! Do your homework before!!I wasn’t aware off the fact that this is a liquidation centre when I went there. So the prices are quite reasonable and in co trust to many other hot tub stores there was enough inventory to purchase and receive the products.I strongly advice buyers to do there homework before going there, as the on-site support is very limited.Highly recommend the place.

2 years ago I purchased a spa from Sebastien, not long after the spa arrived the problems began. Our calls went unanswered and the guarantee was never honoured. When we hired another company to finally come and fix the spa we got another surprise. The spa was not a 2007 like we were told, IT WAS A 2001. 4500$ for a 15 year old spa that didn't even last a summer without costing us even more.DO NOT make the same mistake we did.
