I was in a pretty unusual situation a couple days ago, had a car i needed insured right away however i had no previous policies. I called up Bill Monroe and we got my policy sorted in two quick phone calls, i was able to drive my new car home the same day. It took a little longer to get the paperwork sorted which is to be expected. Overall I would highly recommend Bill and Archway Barnes to anyone needing a guy who knows his stuff.

I had been searching for a new insurance company for my home and vehicles. Getting frustrated with the lack of professionalism, when Adam was referred by a friend. Very happy she did. The service from Adam has been prompt, courteous and professional. He was quick to get me the coverage I needed and at a price that was reasonable. Thanks Adam Small for all you do.

My recent experience with Archway Insurance has made me realize why I have my insurance policies and my families cars insured with them. My most recent request for house insurance for my daughter's first home was an example of going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Have been with Archway since I could start driving and love the service I get there but the 2 stars is due to the windows 99 type computer system you have there. I went into the branch recently to get a quote and your computer systems are so out of date they lagged out and froze on the person trying to help me out and they could not provide me a quote. Insurance companies are not in the business of losing money so I know you have the money to make the changes to better support your staff and customers. We are on windows 10 now. Time to make a change.

I needed insurance for my new car, but when I tried to contact my previous insurers, I was on hold for 3 hours and never spoke to a person. I hung up and called Bill at Archway. Within 15 minutes, I was all set with a great new policy. Thanks Bill!!

Not a pleasant experience, when they made a mistake they didn’t do much to fix it and to get them to do the bare minimum to try and fix it was like pulling teeth. When my policy is up at the end of the year I likely will not be renewing here. Nice people, but not overly helpful in my experience.Update: three years later my rates never really went down by a considerable amount, got a quote elsewhere that’s saving me $400 a year, when I called to cancel, didn’t even try to keep me, didn’t ask what the competition offered me, didn’t even ask why I wanted to leave. Beginning to end, just not a great experience.

I received 2 insurance policies in the mail at the same time. Both with the same policy number, but one had the premiums in keeping with my old policy and the second had the premiums almost doubled! All other estimates were in the same range as the original. I would have had to gone out of my way to find such a high premium.I never gave mu permission for them to nearly double my cost and how are both the exact same policy number?!?!NSF Charges for me. Stay away from Adam and you might save yourself some $$
