I have two septic tanks that had probably never been pumped out in 40 years. These guys showed up within a couple of hours and Ray worked like a dog to clean them out. It was obvious that the job was unusually tough as the solid waste was pressing up on the lid and was practically petrified.No complaints were expressed, he kept his sense of humour, and just worked the problem until it was solved.I'd add that the previous week they made the effort to help me find one of my tanks underground. They didn't charge for that.Giving them your business is a safe choice.
