Worst trailer company I have every done business with. Quote one rate and try to charge you another. There are better options in the GTA.

I purchased some trailers a person ask for a kick back I will not say his name Very bad service

The management and sales of this company are scum...they lie, cheat and steal. I dealt with them and bought a very large number of trailers from them and they are just evil people. The deal went bad due to lies, lies, lies... have EVERY WORD put to paper...I MEAN EVERY WORD...probably had to sell the company because the lies were too big...

I don't even want to give them 1 star, poor service, rude people, don't go their to get any service done, they are not worth your money. Be aware everyone, those people are only their to give you headache after the name of service

We called for a service call as the trailer we were renting from them was leaking air. They eventually came and resolved the issue only to find out a few weeks later that they passed the charge for the repair onto me. The air leak was caused by a valve leaking and guess what sometimes valves start to leak over time. I will be returning the rental and never doing business with them again. They are just looking to pass over the repair cost to their customers. I deal with many other rental companies for years and never one has ever charged me back for an air leak. I could understand for any damage i did specifically but an air leak is not damage. It's normal wear and tear of the day to day operations of equipment but Train Trailers didn't agree. I know i won't be doing business ever again with them and i definitely would recommend them. The worst rental company I've ever dealt with.

I was in a taxi on the 401 west bound towards milton at 920pm Aug 23 2017 and one of your drivers thought it would be a good idea to cut my driver off and then start driving slow. Then he moved lanes and gave us the finger. I'll never do business with you because of that moron driving one of your vans.

Good Service. Previously we had some issues with credit application, but Monish Mehta described us that it usually take some time to approve. We are now very satisfied with their service and specially thanks to Monish
