Very pleased with the service provided! Bryan was able to replace the defective hard drive on my laptop, and recovered all programs and documents from the original drive. Bryan was informative and dependable and I valued finding someone to come to our home to make sure the laptop, once repaired, worked in our home environment. Highly recommend!

We had 2 computers to be serviced. One computer was brand new and had previously been seen by another local repair shop which never solved the problem. We had even sent this computer back to the manufacturer who never solved the problem. Brian was able to identify & fix the issue in 1 day! He sent pictures of the problem and gave a detailed explanation of what his resolution was. Although the issue with our computer was beyond repair he gave us a great deal on a replacement. We were beyond happy with his services and highly recommend!!

Bryon was able to diagnose and fix a very complicated issue. Resolving mysterious GPU/Motherboard problems, and repairing them within 24 hrs was very impressive. He also walked me through the process on the phone and was very pleasant and easy to understand. I recommend him very highly!

Called Bryon. He was at my place less than 30 minutes after his last job. Took 10 minutes to fix the problem, had a great conversation with the guy, charged me only $60. Best repair guy I've ever met and I'll be calling him for anything I need done in the future.
