It's time to realize that when.yoi have 12+ customers in line at the cash waiting to pay, that you might want to have more than 2 cashiers. When the Chef Cashier comes to open a cash, it should not mean to send one away. I just saw 3 customers leave. That's $ lost!!

Gotta admit, first time in a longtime, at this specific Canadian tire store, I didn't feel safe, if you're an ethnic minority, be prepared to have a white security agent after you, and they stand extremely close to you.. I bought one article and was waiting in line and the agent came and stood right besides me as if I was gonna rob the whole store or something..I was literally next in line to go at the cashier.. Asked him to give me some space, and he tells me it's my job.. Do your job, but respect personal boundaries. Very disappointed, will be letting others know about this experience..

I love this store, wonderful service! I bought a patio set in the fall, but the store had already sent all the summer items to the distribution center for the winter. The then-manager (now assistant director) kept my receipt pinned in his office to make sure I got the item when the summer stuff was brought back out. When I came back 6 months later, he remembered me right away, and I had my item within minutes! He was so helpful both then and now, I'm so pleased with my experience.

Nothing fashion and personal, but you can have almost everything for your home and vehicle.I needed a stain for my exterior window frame. The sales lady introduced a paint that can be applies on wood and metal. Even better.On my way out, I found some fishing baits interesting too.The paint worked well, hopefully the baits too.

This Dollard-Des-Ormeaux store is the worst canadian tire store I've been. Today wen't to buy à product that I saw at Home Depot by the half price, i asked to price match and the cashier clerk, very arrogant, just said no ( an older blonde hair woman). I asked about price match policy and she said thats changed, its only between canadian tire stores...heloooo.Stay away from this store. I left the product and head to home depot to buy.

After bying online from this store, I received a confirmation email, that the order is in progress for pickup.To go 2 days after to the store as the order status was still in progress to know that they don't have the product I bought.There were 2 items in stock when I purchased it and payed for it.Then I receive a cancelation email.Worst experience ever.I called the number and he connected me to the store and disconnected himself!!!!

It’s their parts department for a failed battery, they told me it was still OK after doing their own <1 min diagnostic test. My mechanic said it was NOT OK. I went back again and sure enough their test somehow gave a different result supporting this and I finally could get my money back. Thank goodness I was able to get my money back. Saying a failed battery was OK…

Yet another poor experience at Canadian Tire. I thought I would give Dollard Des Ormeaux a second chance and bought a kitchen faucet, plus there was a $5 price discrepancy, so it's almost a deal. Brought the picture of the display taps with the price and barcode to the register to pay. Well, no. Not only do they have to call someone who won't answer, but they didn't even credit me the CT money on the app. So, ten bucks loss for me for shopping at that location. Now I know a message will follow this telling me that it's just not the way they do business and to call the store, but I've already lost 5 minutes of my life waiting on someone there. I'll not waste anymore of it waiting on hold. I like to support Canadian business, but it's obvious why Amazon is eating your lunch.

Terrible Canadian Tire.Wife went to buy a BBQ, the kid who went to go look for it left her there for 15 minutes. When she asked another guy what's taking so long he told her the guy helping her went on his break.The store had 7 BBQ's in the store but no once could locate them. The manager couldn't even find any of them and blamed it on the fact that it's all kids who work there.Seems like a good time to start raising your wages and stop hiring incompetent children
