Worst customer service, sent me a defective bottle of juice, the top dripper was stuck to the lid so it was deemed useless. I contacted customer service via email, they requested the product back and that I foot the bill for return shipping, and Canada post is not cheap.I asked them them send either a prepaid return shipping label, a store credit or a coupon code. They denied any one of the 3 suggestions.I mentioned that I have spent almost $2000 in the last couple of years with them and still nothing on their part.So much for loyalty and customer service.You have lost my business

Best price in the whole city. Customer service is amazing but keep the receipt. Got wrong product and didn't notice it at the time. Went to replace it even though it was unopened but couldn't do it. Otherwise it's an amazing place.

Terrible hours. Made worse when the storm routinely closes 5-10 minutes early. Most vape shops are open later during weekday evenings. Just need to pickup an order. Their prices aren’t bad, but their customer service is terrible. They don’t pickup the phone. They don’t return calls. Discourteous and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and so should you.

Received a faulty pen. Immediately emailed asking for help, no response. Called the store and was told it's a bad coil, but that I'd have to email for more help. Emailed again, still no response. After more than a week and 4 emails later, I get a short email asking me to check for issues I've already checked for (as stated in 1 of my 4 emails). I replied that I've already done that and asked what I'm supposed to do with a pen that doesn't work and was told not sure what to tell you. Throw it out or sell it."Absolutely no willingness to help

Horrible customer service , mentally unstable! In my opinion.The legitimacy of the vapes that were purchased are QUESTIONABLE at best !I purchase gcore 60 ml strawberry kiwi NOT the ICED version but what I got was very ICY strawberry kiwi as if you just chewed mint . I called the store and asked about the issue and they said to bring it back. when I did, the guy in the front starting coming up with B.S excuses that they all have to taste ICY!! he then tried to convince me it has no menthol in it and that 2 other people tasted it in the back and they agree with him! I took the item to another gcore seller and had them test it and they ALL(3) agree that its oddly ICED strawberry kiwi. then we opened a strawberry kiwi from that store and guess what, it did not taste ICY at all and it was just strawberry and kiwi. I emailed canvape and demanded a refund and if they don't refund the amount, I will dispute the credit card transaction. I would stay away from these guys mostly for the sale and after sale experience , they behave thinking they are superior to the person in-front of them . Noticed that with many other customers as well.

Edit: They contacted me and explained the issue, it has since been fixed and they were very nice and professional and when I placed my order for products they were quick to deliver.I would give CanVape a 5 star when they fix their website checkout. Tried to order from their site and got stuck in the checkout and took a little too long to tell email me back to explain why. The customer service was very helpful though and explained when I finally googled their number as the number on their website goes to a voicemail that is full already. Because of the checkout issues I had to buy my products elsewhere.

With so many shops selling vapes do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else. Bought multiple vapes from them, the first 2 were great but the third one was dead and wouldn’t charge at all. When I emailed them about it they told me to ship it back at my expense and then they would decide if they will send a replacement. I don’t feel I should have to pay more then the vape is worth for them to “decide” if they will warranty it. Poor customer service.

Seems like after reading all the reviews, all of there products are defective. Terrible customer service. Bought the Allo 2500 and took 3 puffs and it stopped working. Called the store to let them know and said there is nothing they can do" the lady who answered the phone
