I never ordered or subscribed to this paper (which is literally just ads) yet they keep delivering it to my door. The amount of trees they must have to chop down each year to deliver you your 3 pounds of advertisements is a depressing thought.A little girl came to the door today to collect for delivery and I had to explain to her that I was sorry but I'd never ordered the paper she was delivering. That felt pretty terrible.Whitby-This-Week do yourself a favor and fold your ridiculous sham of a paper (advertising) company. The environment and the decent people of Whitby will all be better for it.

They won't stop delivering the newspaper! I never asked for the newspaper it just started showing up 4 months ago. I've called and emailed many times but I still receive the paper twice a week. The worst part is the delivery person stuffs it in the mail box crushing all my other mail. Worst service I've ever experienced!

I would like to know why all of these newspapers are still taking money from the bank accounts of children that are delivering their news papers during the covid 19 outbreak. These children are not getting their full money from customers during this time as not everyone can afford it , but yet these kids still have to deliver the papers to them payment or not,. This is total unfair as they are still expected to pay to deliver YOUR PAPER.........SHAME ON YOU.

This is a scam, a flyer package appeared on my doorstep, with the name of my new carrier. I never order any of this services. There is no telephone number to contact this company, when I called several times, went through the prompts, waited then cut off. on their one page introduction it states to Please contact the office personally to cancel delivery to your home. There is no phone number for contact. I had to search them on google.

Tired that the carriers don’t get paid any funds by the newspaper company but rely on the customers only. They make a lot of money from all the advertising. I always pay my carrier extra. Now the worst part is getting a wet paper because bags are not allowed. What’s the solution? Can’t read a soaking wet paper. Do I pay for that? Calling the office gets me no where!!!

Business model:1. Have a loads of companies pay money to put flyers in your paper.2. Have little kids deliver it.3. Don't pay the little kids anything.4. Have them guilt your customer into giving them money, since you don't pay them (tell customers paying the little kids is optional, but 'encouraged').5. Have no backup available or procedures in place for the little kids if they get sick, then make them deal with angry customers who pay them voluntarily.The above is disgusting, have people signup for the paper and pay a small monthly subscription, pay the kids (so they actually get paid and don't have to confront adults).

I don't appreciate a 9 year old girl delivering a newspaper that I didn't even ask for. This girl then came to my door wanting to collect money from me related to the paper I didn't order or ask for. You have really placed this young girl in a very precarious situation for collecting money from adults that didn't even ask for the paper. Not impressed at all! You should be ashamed of yourselves for placing this young girl in a vulnerable position. Will never purchase your paper.

Okay, i am a carrier so hear me out. this is literally the worst job in the world, they take more money from your bank account than they are supposed to. They always give you wayyyyyy too many papers. They are rude. They are mean and I feel no remorse putting this rant report up because it is all true. Do not become a carrier. Do not do it. You will regret it.

Exactly what Ryan Reid said in the other review.I have cancelled multiple times when there is a new paper boy/ girl.This is worse then email spam and should be treated as so.Please stop dropping junk on my doorstep.Please stop putting young kids in an awkward/ vulnerable position.Just stop all together. You're a bunch of crooks.
