I have had several pairs of boots re-soled and new zips put in as well as a repair to the clasp on a handbag - and each repair has been of a very high standard. This is the best cobbler I know of - workmanship is fantastic and it's always very reasonably priced and the repairs are done quickly. Great customer service too.

Used this shoe repair for years, can't rate them high enough. Very very good at their job. I would be lost without them, they do a special raise on my one shoe that makes my life so much easier.Highly recommended.

An excellent shop that stocks all manner of useful bits and pieces. I needed a new rubber ferrule for a walking stick. Supplied and fitted in a few minutes at a very reasonable price.

This is the best cobblers anywhere in the world as far as I'm concerned. Always take my shoes there as they are well priced and excellent at repairs etc. Support your local and get your shoes fixed. Also sell other bits and bobs.

I have been using Danny & his son George for years.I live over 300 miles away but always save jobs for myself & friends when visiting liskeard. Leather Boots, jackets, shoes or anything leather. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.These guys are the best. Proper cobbling!

Great reliable repair on leather boots that are nearly 10 years old..3rd lot of heels, soles next time. Saves buying new boots.Highly recommend. Cuts keys as well.

D Smith & Sons are simply the best cobblers/shoe repair people I know- I found them by chance when visiting family and needing a repair done, and now ONLY want to get my repairs done here, despite living 180 miles away!! Their service is second to none, the craftsmanship is great, the prices fair, and a quick turnaround, too. They have revived and repaired countless pairs of shoes & boots when my local cobblers wouldn't touch/fix them, and they have done a fab job each time, they always return them looking fixed and fresh. I will be back- THANK YOU!! :)

Can’t recommend highly enough. First time using D S&S. They even managed to salvage a pair of boots that I had repaired in London but were unwearable after. Now good as new!
